Often times after a fresh coat of sealer is applied to stamped surfaces, it becomes slippery especially when the surface becomes wet. Midwest Slip Stop adds a proprietary blend of non-slip additives to the sealer which significantly increases traction to reduce the risk of slip and fall accidents. Our optional additives are recommended to be used around areas where water is always present such as pool decks and hot tub areas.

All I can say is that I couldn’t be happier with their service. Luke the owner came out, explained everything that needed to be done in depth, gave me a competitive price, and did the job when he said he would. Every time I called he picked up or texted back. Very responsive, very professional, never have I experienced a construction project go this smooth. Really took the stress away since we were on a tight schedule.

I very rarely write up a public report/reference for work done, but due to the fantastic job that Midwest Slip Stop and Luke did on my garage floor makes this time an exception! Very knowledgeable professionals. The old epoxy coating was not properly installed causing peeling and blistering over the years. Turned out that the previous contractors did not prep the floor properly. Luke explained and pointed out all the issues and how to correct them. The new floor coating turned out great and we added some slip resistance that was recommended to reduce the risk of accidents at our shop. You cannot see it, but it is much more slip resistant than the previous coating. Highly recommend, will be using them for our other location.

Midwest was one of four estimates I secured to have my basement floor epoxied. Midwest, specifically, Luke, in these somewhat trying times with COVID-19, arrived masked-up. None of the other three did so. That was a very professional first step, but not necessarily the deal winner. I was having the basement floor done for a very specific reason and had a limited budget. Great company to work with! Our shower and bathroom floor has always been a bit slippery. I have nearly fell a few times, as a precaution called these guys after a neighbor told me about them. Quality work , great prices, and very friendly staff! I'd recommend this company to anyone that has a slip issue .
