They scheduled me in fast, and did a free estimate. Made the repair appointment for a few days later. They did the repair for $400 as quoted. My unit is working great now. I had another company quote me $5000 to replace the unit that didn’t need to be replaced. I definitely recommend this outfit.

If you work any kind of job where your sleep schedule is a little different than tradition don’t count on these guys to help you out They give me no effort to make something work and only communicate with me over texts the guy came to my house before the time he said he would with no warning and when I didn’t wake up until noon like he said to he was already gone and won’t answer the phone they will leave you stranded in a hot apartment without any care

My furnace went out and I was able to get an estimate the very same day with Mark from Airtec. Very kind and knowledgeable with many options for repair or replacement. I did call around and get other quotes that took another few days as it was difficult getting others motivated. I choose Airtec due to punctual service, price, knowledge and the feeling he was looking after me as a home owner. His team of craftsman were very clean and professional. I was amazed with the overall turn out of the job leaving the work area of my 100 year old house looking like

So I call a competitor at 8am. By 4:30pm still no call back. I call AirTec at 4:45pm. Air Tech I speak with a tech that second. He spends the time to speak with me. He advises what I think is a issue is actually totally normal. (new home to us) Easily they could have cost me a service call but didn't. This speaks volumes about a business being honest. I ever need heating and air work this is where I'm going. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE MAN ON THE PHONE.

I was happily going to have them install a ductless system in my rental property considering all the great Yelp reviews. Mark was very prompt, fitting me in for a quote on short notice. I got a verbal quote which sounded great so I had him put me on the schedule.

Mark and AirTec are my "go to HVAC" installation and service folks. Very responsive AND friendly. My Dad is 82 and has breathing problems. Last summer their AC died in the middle of the Milepost 97 fire. "The other guys" Mom had called "someone else" and got the "your system is too old and needs to be replaced ... here is a (high pressure) $7K quote ... we can get to it in a month - maybe earlier if there's a cancellation."

We had a problem with our air not coming out cold and called these guys for help. He stopped and checked the unit and checked the Freon and found everything was fine. I asked how much for the visit and he told me he can’t charge me for just looking at it. I found the issue later was our thermostat. I really appreciated not being charged for his trip out.

Well the initial call was for the fan not blowing on our furnace.
Marc was able to come out the same day and fixed that issue on the spot.
But we had a bigger issue...
Turns out when I replaced the thermostat years earlier, it wasn't the proper one, and as a result, we were not heating efficiently.
Long story short, we were back up and running with heat the same day.
Then the discussion ensued re getting us running the right way, the efficient way. Parts were ordered and the long term fix made and all within the budget numbers that we discussed with Marc.
So the words that describe this company

This review is LONG overdue, but better late than never! Mark was FANTASTIC! I was without heat this winter for 2 weeks because I thought the repair was going to be more costly due to previous company's quote - so, So, SO COLD! It was 50° inside my place when Mark showed up. Wish I could give 0 stars! Had all set up to install mini split in our new construction. At the last minute (after we asked about pulling permits), the owner (Mark) informed us that he thought we were in Josephine County (as we have a Grants Pass address, but are actually in Jackson county). I moved to GP and had no air in my home, I had an older heating system. I called AirTec and they came and gave me a quote on a ductless system. I called other companies and they recommended other more expensive systems so I called a friend in Sac area who owned a heating and air company and he said go for the Daikin, he used it in his office. Jeff and team installed the heating and air ductless Daikin system. To this day it works great. I did have one little question for them and Jeff came out immediately. Customer service was great and I got a tax deduction as well.
