Great customer service! The Oser’s were so helpful when my husband and I were choosing colors for our new carpet. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable and even completed the job ahead of schedule. And to top it all off, Oser’s prices were very reasonable. It would have cost us at least half as much had we gone with the other locally owned company. Should we need anything in the future, we will most definitely call Oser’s.

Office staff and Todd were very helpful and willing to work with us throughout the process. Installation guys were friendly and polite but they spayed an oily substance/deodorant on the floor and it got on our wall that had been painted a few days before. Plus, when they cleaned up the sub flooring that swept vigorously and dust flew up on the walls. We asked if we could just vacuum up the dust but they said they always broom swept. The wall had to be repainted which Oser agreed to pay for which was very professional of them. One seem in the carpet is noticeable but the installer said it was due

My floor was ripped out and replaced with a beautiful high quality product. The Mom and Pop flooring company treats you like family. The estimate was quick and easy. The installers were nice and cared for my home and belongings while I was gone. I couldn't have asked for a better, easier experience. Highly recommended.

Oser's is the best! They were all extremely helpful when I was trying to pick out the flooring. The luxury vinyl planks & the carpet look beautiful together. Installers were very prompt, very efficient, did excellent work, cleaned up everything, and were nice and polite. I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of them. They will be doing the 3 bedrooms when I'm ready. Highly recommend this long time local business.

I've worked with a lot of different contractors and subs in my career, and Oser was a gold standard example of how a contractor should do business. What stuck out to me was timely communication - always prompt and all deliverables were ahead of schedule. On top of that, their pricing is well within industry standards. I could not recommend this company enough!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Very helpful with helping me pick out what type of flooring. Very patient and very knowledgeable are the two things that really stood out. The flooring I wanted was on back order so it took a couple weeks for install but I cannot fault them for that. When the floor came in they called and set up an install time. They said they would show up at about 8am and be done about 4:30. They showed up right on time and finished right on time. Installers were very professional and very efficient. Floors look great. Oser Paint & Flooring installed 1200 square feet of vinyl flooring in our basement. Everything was great from start to finish. Todd was very professional and thorough in visiting out house & explaining the process and the estimate. Both Todd and Laura gave us great advice in assisting with our flooring choice when visiting their store. And their installation team was prompt, thorough, and polite when laying the floor.
