Big shout out to all three that came to move us, Ryan was top tier helpful and very courteous. Devon and Logan were very professional and effective. We had all hardwood heavy furniture that went from a second story apt into a two story house. And there wasn't even a hint of complaint from these true professionals. I stated it was a new home and we needed to be very careful. However that comment was not needed. Team leader Ryan and his 3 workers did an excellent job at moving us today. We weren’t “completely” prepared for the move, but they were very patient and professional with us. They took excellent care of our breakables, nothing broken. If you want to move in the Tucson area, you won’t go wrong with Ryan and the boys at Smart Move.

The guys who packed my truck were great. The price, not so much. I didn't like having to pay "travel time" I didn't feel that was fair. I was told about it upfront does not mean I felt it was right. The gentlemen were very good at what they did. The truck was packed very well. They were both courteous and efficient. I appreciate the care they took with my belongings.

This is the second time I have used Smart Move Moving. The reason I came back a second time is because of the professionalism I experienced the first time. I was not disappointed. Ryan and Devin were very sensitive to time and of taking care of my furniture. The scheduling process was also very easy and the customer service is fabulous! They saved my back and took care of me. I was very impressed with this company and their employees. I have never used a moving company that used hourly rates so I was hesitant. When they arrived they did a quick walk through to know what needed to go and what stayed. Then we filled out the paperwork while they guys started moving. They were so fast and efficient i could not believe my eyes. Once everything was loaded we went through to check if anything was missed or if we needed to add anything else. Once that was done it was off to the new house. These guys wasted no time unloading and asking where things went. Everything was so smooth
