While the other two drain cleaning companies I called this morning told me that I had to leave my kitchen sink clogged until tomorrow, Ike's had a plumber at my door 2 hours after I called. (I can't promise that will always happen.) Mustapha was skilled, professional, friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. He explained to me everything he was doing (which I really appreciated), cleaned the drain carefully and thoroughly, tested it twice to be sure it flowed freely, and cleaned up nicely when he was done. I couldn't ask for more.

Bad clogged drain...was able to get an appt quickly. G arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, explained what he was doing and any issues he was having. Price was very reasonable, was expecting to pay about double what the bill was...will definitely use Ike's again!

We called these guys last winter to unfreeze a drain with a hot water jet. They quoted us a price of $250. They sent out a kid with a snake instead of a hot water jet. He worked on the drain for 4 hours before giving up, despite us telling him that he would need a water hot jet because the drain was frozen, not clogged. The next day Ike himself and about 4 other guys showed up. They took every cleanout in the building apart and tried snaking it. Again, for the umpteenth time, we informed them it was frozen, not clogged. Finally, they brought the hot water jet over and it was thawed out in about

We could not be happier with our service from Ike's - professional, on time, always a phone call away, willing to work through the issues and superseded the expectations of previous plumbers we had considered hiring. Tamara and Ike have a team that works on small projects and large - requiring permits, going back and forth with the city of St.Paul, long weeks of communication, patience, waiting, understanding and if you're in a position where you need major plumbing work on a flip home, personal home or minor repair on a sink or toilet the level of quality and service is bar none.
