My name is Ben Smith. I'm the owner of Marvel Sewer and Drain. I spent years in the sewer and drain business before developing my own drain and sewer cleaning company in 2010. My goal? I wanted to share my industry experience and knowledge with my clients. We had to replace our line near the street and dig up the ground in the middle of January. It was quite the project. We had excellent customer service throughout, and came in right on budget.

Marvel went above and beyond! I am a first time home owner and was not sure exactly what needed to be done after the plumber said to call Marvel, Dan surpassed expectations to make sure that all of my drains are good to go! Marvel was quick to get service out to me, great customer service from the phone call to schedule to Dan bringing in my recycling bin to the garage on the first below 0 weather day! I had a great experience with Marvel Sewer and Drain! My technician, Dan, arrived during the window of time given when I set the appointment. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and fixed my problem. Dan cleaned the floor around the floor drain when he was done with the job. It's awesome to have things looking clean after the work is complete. I think Marvel Sewer and Drain is a good value for the service provided and I would definitely hire them again!

Dan from Marvel was great personable and relatable. Tells you everything upfront. Let's you know the worst and best case scenario and tells you the charges. Does not do anything you don't feel comfortable with. Would highly recommend Marvel to anyone and everyone with their plumbing needs and questions. Exceeded our expectations and scheduled follow-up. We had a small backup from our basement floor drain, and knowing we have an old sewer we wanted to have it checked out. Marvel did an inspection for us in the past and I liked their service, so I went with them again. I called on a Friday and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to send someone out by Monday morning. Jesus arrived well within the window and was able to scope things out and find the blockage in the sewer lateral. Thankfully it was just tree roots and not a more serious problem, so he was able to clear the blockage and clean out some of the roots.

Marvel saved our weekend! We had the drain cleaned out a couple of years ago by another company and there were still roots visible in the video. Today Marvel successfully completely cleaned the pipe from home to street! Thank you SO much to Dan our technician. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything to our satisfaction.
