Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

It is clear that John's word and hand shake are his bond! He eagerly took on the ugly job of jack hammering up my +50 year old laundry floor and rerouted the laundry drain and water supplies, adding a new floor drain and a recommended check valve. The work was high quality and went as planned. Clearly John's 40 years of experience paid off. At the end of the job we found that the floor drain line was partially plugged around 12 feet under the floor and John promptly came out and fixed that as well, all covered under the original estimate. I had the pleasure of having Stillwater Plumbing install a Rinnai tankless water heater in my home. They were very prompt for both the estimate and the actual install. They exceeded my expectations and we're very happy with our new water heater. John patiently went over all the ins-and-outs of having a tankless water heater with me so I feel confident with the new unit. They cleaned everything up after they were done and left my house as clean as it was before they started, definitely a nice touch. I will be working with them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
