Some examples of sewer line work are sewer cleaning, sewer repair or replacement, and CIPP Liner installations. For water line services we offer repairs, replacement, stop box, and meter valve repair or replacement.
The stop box houses the valve that is used to turn the water service on or off. It is usually located in the boulevard area or sometimes in or underneath the city sidewalk. The City requires the stop box to be operable at all times. Who owns the stop box? The property owner is who owns the stop box and is responsible for its repairs.

Cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining is a method of trenchless rehabilitation and restoration used in the repair of existing pipes.

When we moved into our home, someone at Cichy talked to me about sewer line issues for 30 minutes. They were so helpful, and even though we decided not to do anything at that time, we knew we'd like to use them if we ever needed help. Low and behold our 100 year old sewer line began to fail this year, and we knew who to call. They were straightforward, helpful, responsive and did a great job. Highly recommend! I had a block in my sewer line. I spent a bunch with a few companies trying to avoid digging it up and removing the problem spot.
I wish I had moved forward with Mark’s recommendation right at the beginning. Cichy’s whole team is professional, honest, and incredibly great to work with.
There was no attempt to pressure me into paying or doing more work than was really needed.

I highly recommend Cichy's. Our sewer line needed to be completely replaced. Both Jessica in the office and Mark on site were professional, informed and helpful. They made a stressful situation easier to handle. They did a great job of coordinating among the municipality and the various contractors.
The Cichy's crew on the ground was friendly and respectful and they too did a great job. The yard and gardens were restored as well as could be expected after such a major project.

It's never good when you have to call a sewer repair company - but all in all I had a great experience with Cichy's, couldn't have asked for better. I was calling as a realtor for a client who just purchased a fully occupied rental property. They answer their phone on the first try, get back to you with bids extremely quick, and the final invoice matched the bid exactly. They also communicated really well with me throughout, and with the tenants on site. I was able to coordinate all work remotely and did not have to meet anyone at the property which is a huge plus. As a realtor it's always good
