The install of our new garage door opener was a great experience. the installer Jim called to let me know he would be at our home in 20min. Jim was very professional went right to work installed the new unit, lubricated all the rollers and springs and explained the complete operation of the new opener. We had a garage door spring break on Saturday and tried getting emergency service to come out to repair, but they didn't have an available technician. I setup an appointment for the following Tuesday. Steve was right on time and diagnosed our situation. He recommended replacing the entire spring system because of very old material. He had to return with our sized parts on the following Friday (today). Appointment was for 2:00 - 4:00 . He arrived just before 1:00 which was a great for our schedule. The work was completed in less than 1 hour and the door was adjusted to close properly with new springs

Robert & his assistant replaced our entire garage opener system. After installing everything he walked me through using it and even programmed the car’s system for remote access. They finished and cleaned up thoroughly as well as explaining how everything worked. Both of the crew were knowledgeable and professional. Shout out to Diana Jimenez for working with us to get the install scheduled quickly and to Steve who originally diagnosed that our 20 yr old system really did need replacing. Highly recommend.
