This was our first time using Burnell's Heating for our Munchkin furnace. They didn't charge us to come out and take a look like most companies do and secondly most other companies were two weeks out in November to stop by even though we had NO heat.. Burnell they came the next morning.
The gentleman stopped by and took a look, Told my husband he would go try to find a part that was broken and he'd be back. He came back in a short time and fixed it . Plus was a great PRICE! My family was sick and had no heat, we really appreciated the quick response and great service..

Two totally AWESOME young men came to fix our kitchen sink faucet this morning. Very timely, I just called the day before. They were polite, professional, and so kind. Our dogs loved them, especially Rocky. They both took the time to play with them. I will definitely be calling them again. Burnell's Plumbing ROCKS!

We had a gas leak in our house piping. Burnell's came highly recommended. We called and a very nice woman named Renee answered and two professional technicians showed up within a half hour, Tyler and Jordan. We were very impressed with their knowledge and experience, they did a thorough job checking to make sure everything was working and safe, they answered questions and presented an invoice that was very reasonable. Thank you team Burnell's for caring!

I just needed a quick reinstall of a freestanding gas fireplace. The service was fast enough...how well I'll find out this winter. But they charged me twice for the same work about a week apart from each other..... not very professional. Actual illegal! Added this picture after owner response. See letterhead and "Reinstall Fireplace gas line, with new whip and used existing vent"

Burnell’s did an outstanding job for us on short notice. We wanted to replace an old clunker toilet, and we had a particular model in mind from a previous renovation. Burnell’s was able to procure the exact model we wanted, deliver and install it the very next day. They even disposed of the old commode. That was hitting the “Easy Button”. Thank you Burnell’s! Received a call 20 minutes before my 8a appointment and was told because of where I bought my hot water tank they are refusing to work on it. Even though it’s the exact same one that has been in my house for 34 years! Without even looking at my hot water heater Renee is trying to tell me what is wrong with my brand new tank. You can NOT diagnose an issue over the phone! Completely unprofessional! Especially to call 20 minutes before your appointment time. Instead of calling the day before.

In my experience, installation of mechanical systems can be easy, typical or difficult. The installation of our central air conditioning system was VERY difficult. The technicians from Burnell’s worked diligently and communicated their strategy clearly. Jordan and Matt worked overtime to finish the job knowing they had scheduled customers the following day. Under the current business climate, with supplies and equipment not always available, Burnell’s completed the job from estimate to completion in less than 3 weeks. I highly recommend their services.

The owner Rob and his wife(Karen?!?!) are two of the rudest and self entitled people I know. They have no professional courtesy towards other companies and when we had a slight disagreement they tried to get me in trouble multiple ways (calling my employer and the cops) when they did not get the outcome they liked they proceeded to call and harass my business multiple times. I think his Ego was hurt when another plumbing and heating company was doing work for his neighbors. A simple disagreement yet they could not let it go without being spiteful and trying to "one up me" by getting me in trouble
