Don did everything right. He followed through on the estimate, the pre-install and the installation. He came to my house to install an AC unit on a Sunday, and had the job well in hand by early afternoon. Don is a real professional. Took the time to look at my old heating system and make recommendations to correct the old heating system but also added A/C through the use of a heat pump. Did not rush the job. He and his assistant were meticulous in the set up and testing of the system. I am a physician and expect excellence and value for the service-Don came through. He explained everything to me and told me how the system works. Gave me 3 years of free maintenance and a 12 year guarantee(parts) on the heat pump(Bosch). Had 3 quotes for the job-based on the hours he spent installing the system his

One Friday at 11pm I came home and my heater wasn’t working my house was -3 degrees.... I called Don and by 11:30pm He was at my house and left at 3am ... he fixed the problem.... I’m so lucky I found him. All the pipes were frozen and at least 5-6 were broken.
He fixed everything in 1 day
He’s so reliable and definitely experienced.
