Unfortunately you have to give at least one star to write a review. Tech didn't show up for the first visit because they forgot to add us to the schedule, didn't show up for another visit because the tech had an emergency that morning and the office waited until after the appointment was supposed to start that afternoon to call and let me know. Please don't waste your time with this company. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's and buy Ortho Home Defense for $17.99. It will last you a year and works better than anything this poor excuse for a company can provide.

I moved from Augusta last year. Twice I had to call and ask why they are still deducting funds from my bank acct. They apologized and issued me a refund. After the second time I asked that they remove my bank information from their records. They stated they did. They just charged it again for another $90 this month. They lied to me and have no idea how to run the business. During the time they were servicing my house, the bug guy would never call and show at random times. I suggest a more reputable company.

I gave one star because zero is not an option. I've used them for many years, trusting them to let me know what is going on under my house, as well as for spraying outside the home. This year, after the termite and wood destroying organism check, the tech went to his car and stayed for a long time. Finally, he came in, and told me that mold was rampant on the subflooring and even ground. He, and another person I had check it, told me this had been going on for years. The tech was apologetic. He and the manager came back a couple days later, and instead of offering even an "I'm sorry " the manager
