HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I use two separate accounts for bill payments. When they took out their fee, the money wasnt in my account. 15 days later they retried so 59 dollars came out, and 104 dollars in a separate charge. When i called they kept telling met that they charge the 59 dollars plus the 45 dollars which equals 104 dollars. I talked to three different employees including the manager and no one could come up with an answer as to why an extra 59 dollars was charged. Every person came up with a different excuse and answer. Eventually they said it was only a pending charge and it will go back

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I recently had a metal building sprayed on 10/22/2021. A couple of days ago I noticed problem that I called them out for has reoccured. After reviewing signed contract that I received from their technician on day of service, it clearly states under company service agreement. IF PESTS COME BACK SO DO WE. Okay, so I called office spoke with multiple staff members who kept reiterating to me that I only wanted a one time service, okay i under that, however the company service agreement says different. My family and I moved into our rental property in the heat of July and I literally called in the late hours of our first night…from our car! There were so many roaches from the trees that had gotten into the house (we found out the house had been sitting vacant for awhile) that it just became too much for us (moved from TN/KY area). That very next morning I received a call from the sweetest young lady who eased my concerns and sent out an angel by the name of Stephen! He has been a godsend. He showed up on a timely manner, explained the services that was requested and informed us of a better package that my wife and I are going to shoot for on our next service. Mountaineer Pest Control has always been amazing but I have to say today our tech Calvin really went above and beyond. He was incredibly polite and helpful. He gave us some really good information and I felt like we were in great hands. We have requested him as our go to guy from now on. I recommend mountaineer to everyone. We never have problems with the techs being late or unprofessional. We will definitely be forever customer!
