I moved with Ward North via a relocation. They were the best part of my move, being very responsive and did a great job packing and moving our items. I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Ward North American - Garland. When the movers arrived, conditions were less than favorable, as there was already another van line unloading at the address.
But Kelley immediately began unloading. The space he was allotted was small but he did an excellent job of utilizing what was there. Again, Kelley was great. He knows his business and it shows. Communication was great, and everything went very smoothly. The driver, Frank, was outstanding- professional, friendly & very prompt.
Unlike some of the horror stories I have heard from friends that recently used other moving companies, this was an OUTSTANDING experience from start to finish. The prep for the move was great. The prep for the move was great. The packing crew did an exceptional and expeditious job. The moving crew loaded my belongings professionally and quickly. The driver, Jimmy, got my shipment from San Antonio, Texas, to Fresno, California, in five days. The only problem I had was with unpacking my belongings. Unpacking is expected to occur after one week of the delivery of my goods. The moving coordinator did help me with getting my unpacking of property as soon as she was able. I would use this company again, should I decide to move.

Our packers were fantastic making sure everything was packed securely and labeled. The movers came in and did a great job. Only 2 small items kept this from being a 5 star review. I had to initiate all updates with the movers and there was a delay due to a mechanical issue with the moving truck. It still made it within the promised window, so not bad, but not perfect either

We recently moved and needed items going to our new address and to our storage unit. The team of 5 guys that moved us was awesome. They were hard working, friendly, professional, efficient, and worked well together. We have moved several times in our lives, but this moving experience was one of the best ones we’ve had. From the very first encounter to the final move in, Ward exceeded our expectations. We lived 60 miles from San Antonio and Jaden came out to give us an estimate. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable. We immediately felt confident with this company. They did everything they promised and kept us informed throughout the process.
