ADS was perfect from the initial click on the website to the first phone call. They understood what I needed and immediately arranged an appointment to get it taken care of. They also told me exactly what it would cost and what to expect. The technician, Alfonso Lopez, arrived right on time having called first to be sure the time was still good for me and having texted his photo and a brief bio so I felt I knew him when arrived. He was a consummate professional and delightful to boot. The problem was diagnosed immediately and solved quickly - no surprises. To have something like a garage opener

Great customer service! They installed my door a few years ago and reminded me that it was time for a service. Scheduling was easy and I got a text when the tech was on the way with a picture of him and a little bit about him. He did a great job and on line payment was super easy too! I wish more people had this kind of service.

Although the reason for my service call did not present itself (of course), and therefore could not be diagnosed, the gentlemen who came to service my garage door did provide an overdue tune up service to my garage door and it now runs much more quietly and smoothly than it has since it was installed in 2014.

My old garage door motor died over the Labor Day weekend. I couldn’t keep door closed so had to unplug it. ADS sent their excellant technician Jorge out to my house the morning I called . He diagnosed the problem immediately. He attached a temporary latch so I could lock my garage.Recommended a really great replacement motor and which he installed
2 days later. He was knowledgeable and able to give me great advice on the functioning and maintainance

All aspects of the ADS garage door inspection conducted today were excellent. The ADS inspector notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival which was very helpful in preparing for his visit. On arrival, the inspector immediately began his inspection carefully checking the critical parts of the garage door. He viewed all the parts of the garage door mechanisms and carefully lubricated all the moving parts. He located one loose connection on the door roller stantion and correct the deficiency. Overall, the ADS inspector conducted a complete and detailed inspection of the garage door system. Excellent
