I needed a house cleaned top to bottom; including all the appliances. They provided an estimate of the work and that estimate was the final amount owed. They did the job exactly as we discussed and the level of service exceeded my expectations. It was also done in the timeframe we had agreed to. I would highly recommend Urban Clean Professionals.

I booked everything online easily but the system was down the first time and they didn't show. The owner called me to explain and reschedule. While she was a half hour late, I was satisfied with the cleaning afterwards. She wore a mask and gloves the whole time. She took the full two hours after being late to clean and I was especially happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom/bathtub afterwards.

Urban Clean Professional's team has been cleaning my home for several years. They are trustworthy and reliable. I live 5 miles outside of Fairfax city, and it isn't easy to find people who are willing to come this far... I'm so grateful for that, but even more for their professionalism and friendliness. Urban clean professionals has probably been the best maid service I have ever had. They are reliable and went beyond what I expected for cleaning service. They bring their own supplies and worked fast. My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt looks marvelous and they even cleaned the balcony without me asking. I highly recommend!
