We had a spring break on our garage door on a Sunday morning. We called 5 Star Garage Door and Jake answered and went out of his way to make it out same day to help us get everything fixed up and running. I got home from work at 5pm tonight and my spring busted and my garage door would not open. Jake was here within 30 minutes and within an hour he was finished replacing the broken spring, installing an additional spring, adding three support struts, and replacing my rollers with better functioning ones. All on a Friday evening, without any additional off-hours fee. On top of it all, Jake is super friendly! If your garage door is in need or repair, call Jake, you will be happy you did so!
