My mom has used Bergs over 15 years for semi annual service. She wanted a new HVAC install. On Oct 12, the original appointment was scheduled for Oct 19, but Bergs website did not transmit the information to the company. so a second appointment was scheduled for Oct 25. After several inquires a quote was received on Nov 5. The manager was supposed to call as a follow up to some concerns, but only an email was received apologizing for the delay. This information is true, accurate and correct. Reference: q3186.

They Forgot I made appointment the 1st time wrote the wrong address down the 2nd time. The tech didn't check the unit out to see what exactly was wrong with the ac unit cause it did turn on . The tech noticed the bad wiring did nothing about it. The tech said he noticed the wiring, he said it was OK because the unit was working. It was done Friday an stopped working on Saturday . Then came back online Sunday late in the day an stopped Monday evening. Call Tuesday morning @7:44am no return call so I called not only once after 2hrs they had no game plan yet to fix it called again 1hr later still

Huge Rave for bergs! They put in my new HVAC unit a couple weeks ago and they did a great job! Oscar and his partner( forget his name) were amazing and so friendly, made the whole experience great and not uncomfortable at with having strangers in my home. They did an awesome job with the installation and made sure we were happy with the job, and understood how to work the new system. Great locally owned business, 10 out 10 and would definitely recommend.

This is the worst place to ask for assistance for your AC needs, they were cheap for a reason. I understand that it takes time to do maintenance and get the parts you need. My experience with the maintenance man was fine. It was the girls who answer the phone and schedule the appointments that I have a problem with. They are quite rude and disrespectful. I asked one girl, very nicely, how long it would take after about two weeks of not hearing anything from them after they came and did an inspection of our A/C unit, and she laughed and said it would take as long as it took. I can understand that

This company installed a decent heat pump for us with minimal headache, unlike all the others that made a concerted effort to sell us something at twice the cost of what we wanted to spend and twice as big as we needed. And their estimate was free. They made good on their warranty service the first year and their technicians have always been polite and punctual.
Unfortunately, I don't find their service people very well-informed and the installation was a wee bit sloppy. Thus only three stars. However, they appear honest, which is something difficult to find in the trades these days. However,
