Mountain View Air Conditioning & Heating LLC did an outstanding job replacing our 20 year old a/c and furnace unit! The guys were all very friendly and looked like they thoroughly enjoy their job, laughing and cracking jokes the entire time! They originally estimated it would take 3 days to complete the work, but they were done in a day and a half. They left each day by vacuuming the hallway where they had worked. I highly recommend Mountain View for all a/c and heating work!

We called Mountain View and they arrived within an hour and a half. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job! They explained what they were doing and told us ahead of time what the cost would be. They showed us the parts and showed us why they needed to be replaced. Art and his team just installed a new HVAC system for me. They were neat, clean and efficient. Originally was quoted about a month out for install, then a few days later they called and said it could be done in 2 weeks. They were on time, their estimate was competitive and the installer team did a great job.
Highly recommend Art and his team for your HVAC work.
On another note their office staff (ladies ) not very customer oriented. Not what they say but How they say it. Don't let their rudeness and lack of customer service judge the quality work Art and his field teams do.

Huge RAVE for Mountain View Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. My 30+ year old furnace quit working last week. We called Mountain View, they came out that day, and diagnosed the problem in short order. They had to order a part and told us it would be in early this week. Part came in today, they came out shortly thereafter, put in the new part and… did maintenance on the unit, and we are once again warm and cozy. Price was phenomenal, the serviceman, James W., was polite and extremely knowledgeable, and the young lady on the phone was very polite and friendly. What a wonderful experience

Had no heat ad kept smelling a burning smell. They came out and as soon as the breaker was turned on the heater came on. The heater stopped again at 8ish pm. They were called in the morning and James came out soon. It wasnt working still. It needed a blower motor and capacitor. That was replaced and for not catching it. He also cleaned the cents out and since he did that I swear it runs better than when new.

Highly recommended by a friend, I see why! Furnace problems, they came out same day I called, had the part overnighted, but next day when installing the part, also found a potentially dangerous situation (possibility of carbon monoxide). Although it took longer than expected, the techs took the time to finish the job & make sure things were right. Can't say enough good things about them!

My fiancé and I got home this evening to find our house at 88 degrees and our AC not working. I called their emergency line and left a message, less than 5 minutes later, James called back and let me know he… was finishing up another call and would be done there in ~15-30 minutes then would call when he was on his way over. He called and got here within 10 minutes of calling, and diagnosed the problem and gave us a solution quickly and efficiently! Thank you so much James!
