I had a similar experience as "the last unicorn" came to do an estimate, didn't provide one and no follow up. I even gave an open time to complete the work as they were worried about the 1 job they had being behind schedule and not wanting to take on another project right away - I was willing to wait for their schedule. Showed up, we talked, took pictures and then nothing. Not professional. And if 1 job is too much, probably shouldn't be in the business. (note, only 1 job was mentioned. not multiple projects. 1 remodel - was too much)

John didn't even bother to show up for the estimate appointment. I had to call asking why he wasn't here when we scheduled the appointment more than a week ago. John gave no apology and just said "I guess we'll have to reschedule... If you're interested." Clearly no one here cares about their customers.

John and Catherine did a great job on fixing our downstairs bathroom and living area after the toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs. The work that they did looks perfect. You can really tell that they care about you not just as a customer but as a person. They were EXTREMELY patient while our insurance money was held hostage by our horrible mortgage company (Round Point) and we had to wait months between when they did the estimate and when we were able to start our repairs. They were very generous...they found multiple little things wrong while they were working on our downstairs and repaired

Needed the bathroom remodeled. It turned into a complete rebuilding from the ground up. Even the plumbing was a mess under the house. John and Catherine were upfront and honest about all the extra fixes. Luckily they're capable of doing all the work themselves! Saved us time and money. They were even able to work around me schedule. 👍

I live in Tacoma WA and recently had our kitchen remodeled by this company. I was very pleased with their work and how right on time they were in getting the job done. I would highly recommend John and Kathy to anyone needing any kind of remodeling done. They also recently remodeled a bathroom for my son in Burien. He was supper delighted.

I've used True North Homes on four house projects including living/dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor fencing. Their work is outstanding, they listen and care, stayed within budget and completed projects in a timely manner. I already have my next list of "to do's" for True North Homes. They are superb and I wouldn't consider using any other company for any type of home improvement or remodel job. I highly recommend them!
