We had to replace our old AC so we were on Yelp looking for a company with good reviews and came across Alternative Heating and Air. Not only was this company rated 5 starts all by many users, it was also recommended by our neighbors. It was a great experience. They came out very fast and provided a quote, they answered all my questions very fast and came and replaced the AC very fast too (took 5 hours to install), all the appointments had text/email confirmations, they even made 2 trips for me because my own thermostat was broken the first time so I had to wait for a replacement to come in. We had a problem with water in the pad. The company sent young boys , who does the service. So, the company said that they can not clean the dranage , it does not work, that is why we did additions dranage connected with general house dranage . We paid $800 for this pipe , which did not do proper dranage and compromised working of compressor and the unit in general . The next step was to change the unit... The water problem was not resolved as well. So, after several years living with permanent risk of leaking this dirty water into the house and ruin everything- likely we got inspection. The inspector

These guys did a truly amazing job! I had called several companies before calling this one and none of them were very responsive or seemed confident about replacing the unique unit in my condo. Nonetheless these other companies gave me quotes and the prices were steep. Alternative came in confident in their ability to replace my HVAC unit.
