We ordered 2 special order carpets the week before Christmas and were told they would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Two weeks went by and we still hadn't heard anything so we called. The person who answered the phone was not able to give us a straight answer and we were told someone else would call us back. That person never called back. So we called again and after a lot of back and forth we were told one would be ready Wednesday and one Friday. My husband calls Wednesday morning to see if the carpet is ready and is told it was not. (Good thing he didn't waste his time going there!) They could not tell

We spent a considerable amount of time with Michelle in the showroom one day. We picked out two or three options. She set up a time to come and visit the home. She spent quite some time at the house taking pictures and measurements. She said she would work on the quote right away. We never heard back. I even called the store looking to follow up about a week later, she was unavailable and never returned my call. This is completely unprofessional. It was a waste of time. We wouldn't recommend this store. They made us feel like our project wasn't worth their time.

I have used Floor Town for all of my flooring needs since 2012 and I've always been impressed with the end results - floor always looks great!
They replaced an old floor with a new wood floor in my previous apartment and refinished an old wood floor in my new apartment. In both instances, the results were outstanding - beautiful floor. Workers were great, professional and kept everything very clean. I always received a prompt response to any questions I had and the work was completed in the amount of time promised or sooner.

I used Floor Town to install carpeting throughout my entire condo (first and second floor). Exceptional service from the minute I stepped through the door. Michelle took the time to walk me through various questions I needed to consider before purchasing a carpet – questions I didn’t even know to ask. End result, was a solution that fit within my budget, and great product. Installation was just as easy. The team was fantastic. Great service, great to work with and really terrific results. We were trying coordinate a half dozen contractors and Dave Federici at Floor Town stepped up and really helped us sort out the logistics for all the trades. We have had several contractors come through the house since FT finished their work and we've heard nothing but compliments about how the floor has turned out. Great job Floor Town!

Our experience with Floor Town was excellent. We were treated with respect and patience when we visited the showroom. Our salesman, Vinny came to our home to measure and was accurate and gave excellent suggestions. I can't say enough good things about the installers and installation. They were efficient, did a fabulous job and cleaned up beautifully. I would highly recommend Floor Town!!!

They never get back to you when they say they will, very poor customer service and price quote was $2500.00 - $3000.00 dollars higher then all the others I received.
You also have to go to the store and pick the floor you want to get someone to come out to measure for the estimate and then wait around for over a week. Most flooring contractors bring samples to your house.

Thanks Floor Town, Great Job!!! I had water damage to my wood floor, they ripped that floor up from the concrete in two days, installed new floor in less than two days. Had a problem with the level of my washing/dryer machine. They came out right away and fixed it.They did a really great job cutting the floor around my hot water heater, looks like the heater was placed on top of the wood floor.

We have used Floortown for 2 different projects in our home over the past few years and have been completely satisfied each time. We were very happy with our experience at Floor Town. We had our wood floors stained throughout our house as well as installed Coretec to our kitchen floor (great product- check it out!). They were helpful and knowledgeable and took care of any concerns or issues we had. They seamlessly worked around our schedule and were easy to work with even when we weren't! I recently had a new kitchen floor installed by Floor Town. I hadn't heard of them, but ended up there after doing a search on my phone because the retailer I had used in the past was closed. Their selection was good and the salesperson, Steve, was personable and knowledgeable. I ended up getting quotes from both stores and Floor Town had better pricing. Over the last few months, Floor Town has completed two flooring projects for us. The first was replacing our outdated vinyl tile in our kitchen with beautiful luxury grouted vinyl tile. After that project went so smoothly, we decided to again have Floor Town replace flooring in two rooms plus a hallway in our house, this time using sheet vinyl in one room and carpeting in the other room, hall and stairway. Again, everything was done beautifully, even though our house is over a hundred years old and, as such, has some quirks.

This place is awful with the worst customer service I've ever experienced thanks to our sales rep Michele. We reorganized our holiday plans to take advantage of their Black Friday sale only to find that during our appointment time on the last day of the sale to discuss next steps the rep was ill prepared without a full quote on pricing. We called ahead and made an appointment so we weren't exactly thrilled when we were asked to come back later in the day so that she can have more time to pull the information together.
