It’s hard to find great service in these times and I went through hell trying to move my furniture out, but Bob, his son and their crew did a phenomenal job. They dealt with my embarrassing frustration due to the furniture situation, even a little bit of a tantrum, with full professionalism. SLOPPY work and they do not care at all that they leave your house full of stain, including walls and doors nowhere near the floor, and ruining kitchen cabinetry. They refused to try to clean up after themselves. Would NOT recommend.

We had our dining room, living room, and staircase hardwood floors refinished and re-stained with Bob Sidoti Flooring. Their "dustless" methodology really works! There was no dust, particles, or anything left in the house - the crew cleaned up beautifully. There wasn't even much of a smell either! As for the floors themselves, they are absolutely gorgeous! I had bob sidoti refinish my floors. The problems started when they arrived at my home with one stain. When I said I did not request that stain, I was told that's what I asked for which was not true. I asked to see other colors and was told to pick out 3. When I decided on another stain, I could tell that they didn't have it so I offered to go to the local store to get it to see if it would work on our floors. when I returned with the stain I was pleased with the color. Saying Bob's team did an amazing job would be an understatement. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new floors! We just purchased our first home and when we ripped up the bedroom carpets we found original hardwood floors in pretty rough condition (holes, paint stains, worn down). We pulled up the carpet in the bedrooms of our new house and there were tons of scratches, black stains from the old nails and staples, and white paint splattered everywhere on the hardwood underneath. A friend recommended Bob Sidoti, so we reached out to him and were able to schedule an appointment to have them done within a week. His team came on time and did an amazing job, we couldn't believe how great the wood looked after they sanded it down and applied the stain. While the color is not an EXACT match to the rest of the hardwood on that level, we actually like the new look better

Bob was very responsive to my request and answered all of my questions in refinishing and laying down new flooring. His team refinished our maple floors back to their natural finish, which he advised we do, and laid down new hardwood oak floor in the living room. We are more than pleased with his work. When we purchased our new home we knew we wanted to refinish the floors. Bob Sidoti refinished and stained over 1000 sq ft of flooring in 2 days, and they look brand new! I was recommended by a friend and we could not be happier with our results. We called Bob last Friday to discuss the work needed to be done - he was at our house Saturday morning and then started work Monday afternoon. Just like a previous reviewer, if you pay in advance, you have a problem. Floors were stained, I wanted a glossy finish-I don't even know if he applied a finish. Stain was everywhere-walls, risers, etc. Dustless, but at the expense of the corners of the house, where the paint and spackle were rubbed off. No return of phone calls. Never again. Came recommended.

In April 2014, I contacted Bob Sidoti, Owner of Bob Sidoti Floors after having read his web site and his customer reviews on Yelp, Google and Angie's List. Based on the mostly positive reviews, yet a bit concerned about the negative ones, I moved forward and hired him and his crew to perform a relatively small wood floor refinishing project in our home. Specifically, to refinish the existing 14-yr. old, 128 sq. ft. area of maple wood strip flooring in the kitchen of our home.
