We will apply color samples of your choosing directly on your floor to make your decision as easy and stress free as possible. Our water based finishes are GREENGUARD certified which means there will be NO harmful vapors during the finishing process. Oil based finishes have a rich look to them that really bring out the natural beauty of the wood.
These finishes have an 8-12 hour drying time and take 2 weeks to fully cure/harden, but the richness and durability just might be worth the wait. Water based finishes are available in Residential and Commercial grade; they are eco-friendly, and have a low odor so you will not get overwhelmed by harmful vapors while we are completing our project in your home.

Travis at Premier Hardwood Floors was fantastic to work with. He was very patient and understanding in the chaos that is closing on a new home. He made the process as painless as possible and was willing to work with us as our timeline shifted. He runs a great business and his prices are reasonable! His technical work was commendable; we moved into a 100 year old home with a 1980s addition, so he had to relevel a lot of the floors, build transitions, and even adjust some doors so that everything flowed as smoothly as possible. He was able to match some existing hardwood seamlessly to new flooring

Premier hardwood floors did a great job on the upstairs of our house. We had squeaky floors that we thought about replacing but Travis told us he could get rid of the squeak and make them look beautiful and he and his crew did a great job. We were skeptical of the dustless claims but we were home during the work and there was no dust, he has an elaborate vacuum system. Overall just a super professional job, they were very courteous and clean, don't let the young face deter you.
