It all began in 1898, when N.L. Dondlinger built the foundation for what would become one of the largest and most diversified construction companies in Kansas. For over a century, we have exceeded our clients' expectations for safely delivering a quality product on time and within budget.
The firm initially established operations in Claflin, Kansas and ultimately relocated to Wichita in 1925 and began building small commercial projects and in some of Wichita's finer residential areas.The advent of World War II, coupled with Kansas's growth, launched the company into larger commercial projects such as schools and hospitals.
In the postwar boom, commercial building exploded and the company diversified by adding a utility division in 1956. Dondlinger & Sons soon diversified again adding a heavy highway division in 1987 followed by an earthwork division in 2007. We have grown from small commercial and residential projects into one of the most capable and trusted providers of construction services in the Midwest.

Terrible company. Terrible to their employees as well. They let a site supervisor threaten a worker, saying that the worker will end up in a ditch. Then kicked him off the job site and never responded to that employee he threatened. That employee called HR many times to figure out what's going on. They never responded. He went into the office and HR was not available. Never got a response from HR. AFTER THEIR SUPERVISOR THREATENED THE LIFE OF ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. Maybe OSHA or Dept of Labor should be notified.

Have been setting on HIWAY 50 outside of Holly, Co for 55 minutes. No where does it say 1 hour delays.. Cars are backed up from construction site all the way into Holly. This took place at 5:00 pm on a Friday night. No explanation -- sorry for people who had to make a connection or flight down the road.

Was driving east on 96 some rocks fell off top and back of dump truck. called company and within 10 min some one from there company was supposed to have been following truck yea ok busted my window on car then calls me back say there not paying. For a window i will post this all over face book and dot site until i get window replaced
