I have purchased a coffee table. It came with defects. I returned it and they immediately reordered one for me. We kinda don't like the grove between the maple slab and the frame. We returned it, feeling pretty bad. They take it right away without giving us any hard feelings. Of course, taking a 10% restocking fee is totally reasonable.
Everyone from the sale agent, floor manager, stocking guys, especially the account guys and girls is very friendly. I was struggling moving a bench into the car (that I bought elsewhere) but Adam was walking out and helped me! It was so kind of him! Then he proceeded to help me look for a round dining table, even though he was on lunch, he was great!
