I had a really great experience coming into Sacto Furniture today and having Andy help me.
When I walked up to the store, the door was locked, but answered promptly when I rang the buzzer. Andy came out, offered me hand sanitizer, took my temperature and then let me in the store. I thought that was actually a really smart way to handle COVID precautions and I appreciate the store's effort about this.

This was the best furniture buying experience ever. My husband and I went into Sacto Furniture randomly. What really drew us into the building were the murals outside. We went in and we were immediately greeted by Andy. Andy was so welcoming! He also asked us what we were looking for and got straight to the point. Unfortunately I didn't purchase furniture from here but really wanted to. My place is super small and I was looking for something with a chaise and possibly a sofa bed. I also needed it within the week. Demanding I know. (Last minute kind of gal)

I love this place! Not only are the staff friendly and knowledgeable but they have the best prices. I was shopping around for beds and after days of searching for reasonable prices I found Sacto Furniture. From the moment they let me in and asked what I was looking for, I felt welcomed and they weren't trying to push anything on me. They listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they were able to accommodate my budget. I really loved the staff at Sacto Furniture, the customer service was phenomenal. Quentin, Andy and Alex kept me abreast on my Oder , my bed was on back order for a couple of months but they always updated me on when they would expect it to come in. Yesterday I finally got my bed and it's freaking beautiful, better than I thought!!!! The two guys who delivered it were super professional and wore mask and set up my bed with no complications in a hour!!! They where also on time dropping my bed off and called before coming to let me know they were on there way . I will definitely be buying more

Got the first comfortable couch pull out of my life from this store and I love the light gray/blue color. My family loves it too. Was $445 before tax. Great deal. I was planning to spend that on a guest mattress + frame, but I also got a value of a comfy $500/600 couch thrown in. Unbelievable deal.

I cannot say enough good things about Sacto Furniture. From the first minute of contact with Andy and his staff was BEYOND amazing at providing service. He provided detailed information about the furniture, confirmed that it would fit appropriately, confirmed the layout of the dining room and made suggestions, and then sent an update for each step of the order. We’ve purchased our kitchen table over the summer and most recently, a sleeper sofa from Sacto Furniture. Andy and his team were excellent from start to finish. This store was so great! In light of the current pandemic, I didn't go into their showroom but was able to browse their catalog online. Andy was great about communicating with me and kept me updated on when my couch would be delivered. They were able to offer me the 25% off promo, and I got the couch WITH assembly and delivery for $200 less than it was priced on other sites.
They ask that you put a 20% deposit down before delivery, which you can pay via Venmo or Zelle. Even with my busy work schedule, they were able to squeeze my delivery into their route. The two men who came to assemble

I am glad that this location was the last location of our furniture scavenger hunt. We are both VERY picky with what we wanted. A lot of locations would be able to order the pieces we want but Sacto Furniture either has the item on the floor or something very similar.
The staff were very knowledgeable about the business and super helpful.

By far the best furniture business out there!! Exactly 1yr ago I purchased a bedroom set through them. From the moment I walked in the door the welcome greeting and great customer service was outstanding. Andy was understanding of my children and worked around my distracted brain. He gave honest opinions and asked all the right questions. I gave him a budget and with his amazing taste he came through with a set beyond my imagination. My fiancé and I looked for months for the perfect reclining loveseat. We searched some brick and mortar stores in Sacramento as well as online stores like Ashley and Amazon, until we came across Sacto Furniture. I saw that their yelp page answered questions about products really quickly, so I messaged them asking about one particular model of loveseat.
