I purchased several items from Zigsby's back in 2015 and was pleased with my experience at that time. It's a different story today! I'm in need of replacement part for the items I ordered and have contacted them 5x's and to date have yet to get a response to either the voice messages I left or the written request I sent to them via their website. Worst customer service I have ever received!! Buyer beware!!
In response to the owner: NO E-MAIL WAS RECIEVED on the date you specify or any other date. Besides, my issue was not a rubber gasket, so I believe you have me confused with another consumer
