Queen City Kitchens fabricated my counters and backsplash. We chose to use the same quartz for both. Teri, Donny and Raphael were amazing to work with. Donny is a master at making the patterns flow seamlessly and solved a major issue that could have prevented us from getting the dishwasher open. He was great to work with and always in good spirits. They were on time for appointments and delivered the counters and back splash ahead of schedule. I was very lucky to work with such a talented team and wholly recommend them for your next kitchen renovation.

What a joke. Terri Schultz is the most incompetent representative. On top of that... Jessie "The Manager" is extremely rude and hung up on me when I tried to get help. To begin, I went out to pick a remnant for a shower curb and fireplace. I worked seamlessly with Donnie who helped me pick out a piece and measure it. How helpful! Then he sends me to Terri to price it... Terri can't do her job. She wastes my morning (took off work for this) to tell me she can't take my business because they can't install what I need. I explain I don't need them to install it. She says

This business is fantastic. From the time we walked in the door, through fabrication, and installation. In our case, we live in a different city than the place we are remodeling and they consistently remembered that fact. Gave us advice and accommodated our unique situation. We are so glad we chose Queen City Cabinets. We love our counter tops and it has been a pleasure working with everyone there.. We had our entire kitchen redone (new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, sink/faucet) and could not be happier with the process. Everyone we worked with was outstanding. QCK let us know well in advance when to expect events to occur and if/when the schedule needed to be altered. Adam and Jeff in particular were very helpful and engaged throughout the project. I am writing this review because the kitchen remodeling process can be overwhelming and I hope to help out a fellow home owner in a similar process.
We looked around a great deal before the choice to go with Queen City for our quartz and to be honest the driving factor to begin with was cost. Queen City came in $300-500 less than others for the same name brand Quartz (Silestone Calcutta Gold). Now that being said, what made the experience for us was when we went in to the fabrication walk-through, sounds boring huh? Actually Donny made it funny, interesting and very informative! We walked away

I've had a wonderful experience working with Queen City Kitchens. Donnie is the best. He is very knowledge about different stones. I was a little uneasy with the maintenance of the marble I selected. Don was there to answer all of my questions and gave me valuable information about caring for the stone and recommendations on the best sealants available. He gave so much good advice and showed all options available. He showed me the layout of the different pieces of that will be needed for my countertops and I am so excited. He also is available to answer my questions any time that I have them

Hmmm. You gotta wonder when a company changes their name. My experience with them (formerly Imported Stone) was totally sketchy. They gave me a quote to have my countertops replaced, which I compared to another. Imported gave me a quote for two slabs and the other insisted that I needed three slabs. I went with the other company even though it was theoretically higher. I used every single bit of the 3 slabs. So bottom line, Imported or whatever name they're using on whatever day of the week, will draw you in with what seems like a competitive price but oops, you'll need another slab

This is LONG overdue, but our experience with Teri at Queen City Kitchens (Imported Stone when we had our work done) was too notch. Teri was friendly and accommodating on our multiple trips out to visit her. We had our entire kitchen remodeled and Teri provide excellent advice on matching the countertops to our new cabinets. Me and my husband came here several times to look at quartz and granite. Tom was the one assisting us and he was super friendly and helpful. He gave a lot of good advice and showed us all our options. The place is pretty organized inside and most of their granite is outside. Sometimes when it was really sunny, it was hard to see how the granite actually looked. The whole experience was nice but we decided to go with someone else due to saving almost 1k for the same color and material. But, other than that, they were friendly!
