I recently ordered two loveseats that will be covered in Sunbrella fabric, and extra material to recover a chair. It was a pleasure working with Joe, the manager. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, even after four trips to the store! Joe made buying furniture simple and fun. Love my two Revolution fabric couches from Kasby’s! Perfect compliment to our main living room that needs to shift from formal to functional. Also loving the durability of the fabric with constant use by our kiddos and puppy. The Kasby’s team was amazing to work with in store and the set up team was super professional and made sure placement was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Mark and Linda went out of their way to help us pick out exactly what we wanted for our living room. The furniture is beautiful and well constructed, not to mention easy to customize. Joe was awesome. We shopped around in person and online and by far kasbys was the best deal. Joe helped us through the process entirely and we couldn't be happier. Wish we didn't have to wait a few months to get it but it not his fault, the manufacturer can only do so much with covid. Still the best place to go

This is the first time we visited the store. Really liked the selection that was on hand. We were looking for furniture for our screened in porch. The people were VERY helpful... prices were reasonable... service was exceptional. We ended up purchasing three pieces of furniture!!! Stop in and check them out

I purchased an indoor sectional and received it recently. The price was great as I bought during the Labor Day sale and the quality of my new sofa is wonderful! The fabric is soft and is a performance level fabric. I was able to customize it to be exactly what I wanted and we are so happy. Thanks to Kasby’s for great products and great service. I visited 6 stores searching for polyresin adirondack chairs for my patio and Kasby's was the first store i went to. Thinking I would find a better deal somewhere else I decided to keep searching throughout the area. I WAS WRONG. Not only could I not find the style of chair that was sold at Kasby's, the prices at the other stores was much higher. I drove a lot of miles and wasted a lot of time just to end back at Kasby's the next day to purchase my adirondack chairs.

Sure, the place isn't huge, but their inventory is quite sufficient and they have so many fabrics to choose from that it really is "bigger" than you'd think. The owner is such a fantastic guy! He is knowledgeable of his products and wants you to get what you are looking for; without trying to sell you something you aren't looking for. Honest, reasonable, and customer service oriented! What more could anyone want? I'd definitely shop here!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kazby's by the Lake. We had shopped everywhere including Hickory, however, nothing compared to the combination of quality, beauty, durability, pricing and best of all customer service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our "Made in America" furniture came in within the 6 week time frame and was exactly what we had ordered. I just visited this after many months of always passing it on the way to Lake Wyle when I visit my family. It was a okay experience. The lady who greeted was very friendly but the place wasn't what I thought it was gonna be. I was hoping for larger selection but it's smaller than I thought. Not sure if I want to return here or not. I say give them a visit but not be expecting a large store or a big selection.

First let me say they have beautiful things in the store; everything from patio furniture to accessories. I checked reviews for the Kasby's before doing business with them and my husband and I most definitely did not have the same "great" experience as other people. We ordered our patio furniture and large umbrella at the end of March. We were told 6 weeks for delivery. That 6 weeks turned into 8 - almost 9 weeks. Once the furniture arrived, the table had one damaged leg. Thankfully we were able to remedy that quickly. However, the umbrella was the wrong color - one that would
