We needed some custom cabinets installed in our dining room for extra storage b/c my wife hated our bulky china cabinet and other furniture. The Owner, Barney came out and asked all the right questions and ultimately gave us our quote and it was more affordable than any other quote we received.

These guys do a wonderful and fast job! They are very nice people to have around. They do a great detailed job and I only had to go without a kitchen for a little over a week! Fabuwood cabinetry, made in New Jersey, is our price leader when it comes to bang for the buck. These domestic cabinets are well-machined and meticulously crafted together, offering plywood case construction, hardwood dovetailed drawer boxes with American made Blum soft close hardware. For the extremely price conscious, they also offer an import series consisting of two door styles with 3 colors options; they are also an all-wood cabinet.
The Kitchen industry has seen a shift in counter top standards. For decades laminate tops were the standard, currently hard surface tops such as granite and quartz are taking over in popularity and quality. We have many tiers of both types and have various edges, colors, and styles that we offer. Granite is a natural stone, each slab different to the other with no two pieces exactly alike.

Barney was not very friendly, and was condescending to me on the phone when I was asking some basic general questions. I am not a stupid person, and I don't appreciate being talked to as such. I was looking at a complete kitchen remodel and trying to support a local small business. I work in the service industry myself and would never talk down to someone for general questions. Bad look for a local business.

I got a quote from a few places and decided to go with Brad at Affordable Kitchens and Tops, best decision ever! Brad came out and did the measurements, ordered the material, had the template made and tops installed in the quickest turnaround I have ever experienced. Not only were these guys courteous, and fast, they cleaned up after they were done (how many contractors do that? Not many, from my experience). I will definitely recommend Brad and crew to anyone in need of cabinets and/or countertops and will call on them again when my budget allows new cabinets.
