Tremendous contractor. Quality work, excellent price, great communication. D&D is an absolute gem. Having rehabbed many rental properties over the years Mr. Dilkes at D&D clearly stands out amongst the crowd as a true professional. His bids are very detailed, he is a great communicator, and his pride in his work clearly shows in the quality of his finished product. An easy recommendation for rehab or remodel projects in the Hampton Roads area.
