After negotiations, the dealership was unwilling to go down another $1000. So I asked if they could just throw in the all weather mats and I’ll take the car but was told no and that they were going to raise the price another $500. As a military member I felt disrespected and quantified as a number that the dealership was trying to squeeze out as much money from me as possible. We ended dropping the $500 they wanted to add but no weather mats and I bought the car. Unlikely to go back to that dealership or Nissan. The tiny act of just floor mats really put a negative taste. Like many car dealers and service shops, this one is pretty big and just getting bigger. Pretty soon they will be opening a brand new dealership. Service at this location is very good. A nice cool waiting area with vending machines, free coffee, a tv and magazines to read if you must wait for repairs. The staff are friendly and answer your questions promptly. I have no clue as to how the sales team treats it's customers however, the ones I noticed smiled and said hello though.

Rental to the public! After being misled by Enterprise car rental in Enterprise, I was delighted that Mitcgell Nissan sent their shuttle to pick us up. Sales manager is the rudest person I've ever met. After trying to convince me he was only marking up car 300 bucks an i didn't believe him he became VERY UGLY, making unbelievably rude remarks. I don't know how they stay in business. By the way Nissan CVT transmissions fail all the time. Do your homework..

Took my Nismo 370z in for its 60k service. They did everything they said, cost me $1000. The mechanic even showed me my car, and explained how a piece of rubber or something on my intakes may cause a problem soon. I appreciate that A LOT. It took them like 4 hours. Only problem I had was I was told by the service woman that my car was ready. It was not ready for another hour after I arrived.

I brought a Nissan Pathfinder for my parents, Mr Ted Thompson assist my parents through the process seamlessly. Edit: The service manager contacted us directly to rectify the situation. At the end of the day we are happy with the end results but in a customer service business we shouldn't come to this. Ultimately, they worked us in and fixed my truck but overall the experience was painful. My wife called Mitchell Nissan's service department when we started to have A/C issues on our '17 Titan XD. The service man she talked to argued with her that this truck didn't come with a 5 year/100k mile warranty despite the fact that it's one of Titan XDs selling points. When she finally talked

I cannot speak for the sales department, however, the service department will have you waiting for a long time if you bring your vehicle in for maintenance. Both times I have brought my car in, I have waited for well over 2.5 hours for the service to be completed (this is not an exaggeration). My first experience was with a standard oil change, I set an appointment and departed approximately 3 hours later. My second experience was for an engine oil coolant flush and fill and to have my key battery replaced. Knowing what I did from my previous experience, I sat near the service entrance to watch

Why make an appointment to have an oil change when they going to do it when they want. I had appointment at 1000. Didn't take may car back for 30 mins. I went up to cashier at 1129 and asked how much longer in my car. Was told 30 mins. Had people come in after me and their vehicle is already been completed.

The sales staff had my wife and I all bought into a Pathfinder at $36,000, after we secured outer loan approval they changed the price to 43,000.
Lesson here is, don't get your loan until you both sign a contract for a price.
The staff didn't know much about the car or the tech in it. I ask simple questions that seemed to be way too complex for a simple answer.

I had a clutch go out in my old frontier. After calling all the places in the area the cheapest price i could find was 800 and it would take over a week. I honestly didnt even call the dealer, i mean everyone knows the dealers are always the most expensive... well I called and he quoted me 750 and it would be done tomorrow. I showed up and the even washed my truck. Not normal these days.
