I recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier from Ridgeway Berry at Cook Chevrolet. Ridgeway and Tyre Anderson went out of their ways to make the process as smooth as possible. This morning (4/10/20) I spoke with a guy who I believe is named Ridgeway Berry about coming to look at a 35,000 dollar truck. I told him I was pre approved to buy it so there would be no issues getting the money. I’m from the Mobile area and told him that I had a 2.5 hour drive and wanted to make sure that he would hold it for me until I got there. He told me he would. He called me when I was 45 minutes away and informed me the truck was sold and the only thing he had to offer me was “I’m sorry”. Back last October I had my truck stolen in Biloxi Mississippi at cruising the coast on a Thursday morning, Biloxi PD called me the next morning and said they had found my truck and the people that had stole it also wrecked it, anyways on that Saturday I struck a deal with Cooper Chevrolet and on Sunday they met me in prattville al with a 2014 Chevy z71, well it was clean looked really good and they asked if I wanted to drive it and I was like well with only 70000 miles it couldn’t be hurt well when I leave headed back down 65 to talladega this thing was like all 4 tire had 5 pound weights on

I bought a Tahoe from Cooks. I was told the vehicle had been through an inspection and was problem free other than a blemish on the rear door. I was told that they would pay for this blemish if I went and took it to a shop to be fixed. After purchasing, I noticed the vehicle rode rough and didn’t recognize it during the test drive. The following day I found out the front struts were bad. I called and notified cooks to which they said that it shouldn’t have made it through inspection like that, go take it to a shop to get a quote and we’ll fix it. The quote was $1,558.50. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here! I got the run around for 2 1/2 weeks by the salesman Carl Davison. It got to the point he was avoiding my calls. When I would go the dealership he would stall time or act as if he was working on a deal for me. I repeatedly told him to just tell me it was nothing they could do, he refused and kept telling me he was searching for me a vehicle. Lies! I stopped calling & going to the dealership and I haven't heard from him on the alleged car he was finding for me.
