Eddie McMorris did an excellent job venting my metal roof that another roofer was suppose to do, but didn't. We wished that we had used him originally to install our metal roof. He was very professional and did the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Apex Midwest.

Eddie did a great job getting to the root of our problem. After a large snow and ice storm, we had a water spot appear. He got into the attic and took a look around. He also got on the roof and checked all possible issues. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to the customer.

An August storm microburst hit our property, and one of the casualties was a screened in porch/gazebo with cedar shingles. Singles were torn loose, and a racoon capitalized on the missing roofing to tear a hole in the felt barrier and take refuge from the storm in the dry part of the roof. Local roofing companies were "too busy" with big jobs, so got a referral from Home Advisor or some similar site for Apex Midwest. Eddie responded very quickly, came by to assess the damage within a day of being contacted. He assessed the roof, and repaired several places where it had failed to prevent further

We had a 3:00 pm appointment yesterday. My husband took the day off from work for this. Eddie was a no-show. He never bothered to call, nor did he answer his phone the three times we called him. Even still, we gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming some personal emergency came up. It's been well over twenty-four hours and still nothing. No consideration. Horrible customer service.
