We contacted Paul K at Triad when our 13 year old roof (that they did NOT install) started leaking. He came out that day and did an inspection. He identified the issues and was a GREAT help in telling me what our next steps needed to be. Paul helped guide me through what became a very smooth process from inspection to dealing with the insurance adjuster to completing the install. Quality and professional from start to finish. Very happy customer. Highly reccommend them for your roofing needs!!

A friend referred Adam Meyer to me of Triad Inc. for a quick roof inspection and he came out the next week and gave it a good complimentary look over. Even found a roof pass-through plumbing vent that seemed to have been installed without any reason years ago when my house was built and so it was open to my attic below apparently. He even temporarily sealed it up for me until I can get my roof replaced soon. Adam was awesome!

I worked with Kyle and had a great experience from start to finish! He found my hail damage in addition to the wind damage that was obvious. Tim W. made this process easy for me. I wasn’t really sure what to expect and didn’t know what I didn’t know.. Tim explained everything to me, I knew what to expect and when to expect it. He checked in with me often and took the lead when the insurance company pushed back. The crew was amazing- I have dogs and kids so it was important that the yard was clean and safe for them after the install was completed- they did great and I had no worries. My interior and exterior was fixed quickly. With most of us working from home it was also important to know how to schedule my work calls around the

We had a great experience all around! Steve was fantastic to work with! He walked us through the process, organized everything start to finish, followed up every step of the way and kept us informed. The roofing crew was fast, very tidy and friendly too……same with the gutter guys. Our new roof and gutters look great. We would definitely recommend Triad and Steve they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
