By registering your buyer, you will establish agency. If your client purchases a new Brown Home in the neighborhood in which they are registered, you will be protected and receive a full commission. It is the policy of Brown Homes LLC, that you as an agent of the client must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with an active license in the state of Arizona and accompany your buyer to on their first visit.

Signed a contract for house to be built, paid deposit and money for blinds, signed contract, and 6 months later they have done nothing except dig a hole. Now they are saying they want over $100,000 more to build the house or they will cancel the contract.
More and more of the sales office has come and gone. Every month it seems like there is a new employee replacing someone else. I have seen tons of comments on social media and speaking with others about short cuts and poor build quality as I have witnessed first hand.

Signed a contract in December of 2020. They did next to nothing on my house when I got a call in May telling me they would not be building my home. And now I'm hearing from other people who bought in my same development that I've been able to contact, that Brown is trying to pull more money out of them.. . Seems to me, the reputation Dave Brown built no longer applies...

Brown homes brand new build not even a year in refuses to fix my backyard they claim I have positive drain to the street like the city of Goodyear requires. but every time it rains I just get a lake. They had it measured but it still does it, they keep telling me to just landscape it so they can wash there hands of it. this was my finally step to go online and call them out on this. because I have already tried the city and going threw them. I am not the only one with this issue there are at least 6 more homes that have this retention basin also known as a low spot in the back yard.

Brown homes is honestly amazing! They were very timely and helped out in every single step. Cindy was amazing in helping my husband and I out in getting our first home. Not many people were willing to help out a 22 year old with financing a home but Brown homes took that shot. Thank you so much Cindy and Brown Homes!
