Services
Jared received his education in design at FIDM in Los Angeles, studied business through MIT, and received his specialization in Construction Management from Columbia University. As a young boy, John worked alongside his father, Don Nanke, learning every facet of home construction. Prior to taking over the family business, John served six years in the Marine Corps.
This luxury estate, inspired by Mediterranean architecture, was designed and is soon to be built for a client in the north Phoenix area. This contemporary style home is softened with curves and radiuses, giving it its organic look and lending ease of flow to each room. This eclectic design built in Prescott, draws inspiration from European, Mediterranean, and ancient Middle Eastern architecture, translated into a contemporary aesthetic.

My husband and I just finished our new home, and we are so grateful we chose Nanke Signature Group to design and build our home. They were by far the most professional team that we met with, and exceeded our expectations on every level. We've built custom homes in the past, but this was by far the best experience. The team was extremely communicative and helped every step of the way.
