We are very happy with our choice to use All County Exteriors for our window and siding installation. The main reason we chose them was because they replace existing windows as if they are new construction, peeling back siding in order to provide proper installation. We felt that the salesman, Stu, was professional and explained the process and timeframe so there were no surprises. The installation crew from start to finish were wonderful, did their job in a craftsman fashion and took pride in their work. They were careful and diligent in cleaning all their work areas.

All County replaced the roof of my home built in 1894. They had to remove two layers of asphalt shingles as well as the original shake shingles. My roof is also very steep. All of the workers were very professional and took great care of the job site. Replaced with all new plywood and new GAF shingles. They also used Certainteed bead board as the first layer on my covered porch. Everything looks great. Highly recommended. Jerry and Derrick are top notch.

This is a very professional company and our experience was 5 Star right from the first phone call. We got some quotes for a replacement roof. I saw their sign on a neighbors yard and called.
I had a call back from a salesman quickly. He (Ed) set an appointment, arrived on time, and presented us with quote after measuring. The price was competitive so we hired them. Very professional and no bull!
This company knows how to run a job. They called in advance to schedule the work, showed up on time, and immediate started work.

All county put a new roof on my house this week. They were punctual,neat and very professional. Their guys worked non stop until the job was done. "Seven hours to rip down and replace the whole roof". The price was more than fair and the guys cleaned up everything at the end. I would highly recommend them.

They do not know what the term "customer service" means. We have been trying to get a door replaced for almost a year. This was their install, and they just don't care. They make promises, but don't return calls. They tell us to call the manufacturer, who also doesn't return calls. And today, my wife spoke to the office, who promised to call us back today with an update. Again, no return call. I wouldn't even think of ever using them again!

Update to my 6/26/17 review. On 6/28, I made a follow-up call re my broken window request. Miracle of miracles! On the 27th, the vendor finally sent All County a replacement! Wow! They asked when I wanted it installed (in sugary sweet tones I hadn't gotten from them to date-my AC1 went up 50 points!-could I believe them?). I said "Tomorrow"..they asked what time..I said after 1 PM and guess what? Someone was available! Wow! No "we can't do that so soon" or "no one" is available-just a "Can we make customer happy?" attitude I'm not used to

I'm reviewing their work from 2009 because there was no Yelp back then. "Uncle" Leo the used car salesman got me to trust his company All County to do the siding on my house. The house was built in 1920, and had aluminum siding at the time Leo came out. We both knew there would be some issues given the old house once the aluminum was removed. We used All County Exteriors to side our home. Greg came out & measured the home for the quote. He was great, extremely professional and available to answer any questions we had. Al was also a huge help - very professional and friendly. We were very pleased with our quote. Ali (in the office) was helpful and answered my emails/calls immediately. Ali assisted me with the financing company that is used, which took about 15 minutes to apply for & get all the information I needed to move forward with this project. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Their customer service stinks and I am still dealing with a mind-boggling on-going issue. Everything was fine until the actual date of service. I came home to a complete mess on my front and back yard from their people putting up gutters and trim. Scrap metal was found in my bushes as well as other debris. Paint splatters (to match the color of existing trim) all over my windows and new deck. Very unhappy with their customer service. They have repaired several times a defective window installed by All County but manufactured by Crystal Windows. All County has helped me to get Crystal Windows to admit the window is defective. But the problem I have with All County is that they do not return phone calls in a timely manner or keep me informed as to the status of my issue. I have been dealing with an installer by the name of Paul who is very difficult to contact. I finally have an appointment for installation of my new window after calling many times! I will update my review after installation

After writing my first review, All County returned to make some repairs to the work that was done and remedied some of the water intrusion issues that were plaguing my home. After a few uncomfortable moments with the workers who showed up, and threatened to leave, they got things figured out. They are still very overpriced, as it should not realistically cost close to $20k to put vinyl siding on townhouses that are almost entirely doors and windows. The siding did't blow off int he hurricane so that's a plus, but you can probably shop around for a cheaper outfit who will give a lifetime
