Approximately one year ago we asked VIP Services - vipservices4u.com - for a quote to repair some buckling in the seams of our living room drywall. At their request we sent multiple photos from multiple angles and Blake (the owner) gave an estimate of $1500 + materials; we decided that was a reasonable repair cost and did not solicit any other estimates. We contacted them earlier this month to get on their schedule...But now the price is $4500 + $300 material for the same repair. Not even kidding! Their excuse for the 300+% increase was that the original estimate might have been a

VIP did a great job in our remodel project. They were on tine everyday and kept us informed on the progress at every turn. They designed our new shower and helped with the kitchen design. They did everything from floors to cabinets to lighting and appliances. They are every at solving design and construction issues on the fly. We are very pleased with the result.

The project Manager and crew were timely, clean, efficient, arrived at my house every day until the kitchen and bath remodel was completed. Information was communicated to me daily and if there were any issues that were encountered or recommendations I was contacted and informed of the potential issue and options for resolution. As with any home renovation project there are always unknowns and I felt comfortable with the recommendations. They are trustworthy and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Blake and his company was really great to work with. He renovated our master bathroom and installed modern recessed lights all around our house. The bathroom is amazing. Very spa like. Blake takes the time to listen to you. He'll walk you through everything and will have as many conference calls and/or visits needed. He fields all your questions and will does his due diligence in finding the right material for your needs. His team is great. Detail oriented and will always rework anything that doesn't look par. We are really pleased with the way our Kitchen remodel turned out. It did not go as smooth as we had of wished but that was no fault of VIP Services. Blake did an excellent job of finding solution for the issues in a timely manner so that we met our completion date. His crew was very professional and easy to work with. Just as important was that we stayed within my budget. I will be glad to use VIP Services again on my next project.

I had Blake and team remove a window and install a patio door and screen door. They had to cut through brick on the exterior and re-trim. They also installed an exterior light with switch. The job was completely in a timely manner. I had a 2 minor tweaks that needed to be done a month or 2 after the work was completed and they came to repair 1-2-3. I did any painting on my own so I cannot comment on that aspect of work. They left the area tidy and took extra precautions to keep my home clean during and after their work.

Blake was very good with knowing every detail. He had great recommendations to help the house look better. We are painting the entire inside. Walls trim doors and cabinets. William has been a great leader in the house and communicates daily. they were very careful in moving and wrapping the furniture and so far no damages. I would certainly recommend VIP after this great job!!

VIP , they are the worst group I've ever had the pleasure to give a job to. They are unreliable, undependable, and they do not finish a job, do not pay them in full until the job is done. I have no time for things that I know that is simple.

VIP renovated our kitchen and master bath and did a fantastic job. Blake (owner) and his staff are professional and were a pleasure to work with on the renovations.
