Integrity Design & Remodeling

One of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made was to hire Greg and his team for our master remodel. My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner! Lots of companies throw around the word integrity and claim to have it, but few actually back it up. Greg and his team embody what it means to have integrity and I can’t think of a more fitting name. From day one, Greg was responsive, honest and reasonable. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. During the project he communicated with me every step of the way and made sure everything ran smooth.

We just finished a whole-house remodel with Greg Silva and his crew and we couldn't be more pleased. He was very pleasant and professional and his work is just top-notch. Our bathrooms are now amazing, and our kitchen is just so wonderful. Greg was very helpful with some awesome suggestions and even went beyond expectations when cleaning up! We recently finished up a pretty large remodel and Greg and his team were amazing throughout the entire process. They made sure every detail came out exactly as we pictured it and were just all around respectful of our time and space. Greg and team left the house spotless every day, which is saying a lot during a month long remodel. I won't hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know and will absolutely be calling them up for our next project. Only downside is that they are so good, they book out months in advance so plan ahead if scheduling anything with them.

Our original bathroom had a tub that we had difficulty getting into, and being seniors we felt that it was time to replace it by a walk in tub that we could actually use. To do this we needed to replace the floor tiles as well and repaint the bathroom - one thing leads to another! Our bathroom was open plan from the master bedroom, and with grandchildren running around we decided to install as well a door between the bedroom and the bathroom to improve privacy! We asked Greg, the owner of Integrity Design, about all this. He was very helpful working out a plan for all this and gave us a good price

If I could give more stars I would. From the jump Greg and his crew were awesome. We had a 4th bedroom added to our home by closing in a vaulted space. Greg got a bid back to us quickly, the bid was transparent, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. These guys were on site, on time, everyday, and got the job done! Due to having small children we were concerned about the ongoing mess of construction(which is just unavoidable), but the guys went above and beyond to make sure every evening the job site was cleaned up so my family could still function in the space. Big rave to Integrity

As a Realtor, I see a lot of homes and I can identify quality work.
The first remodel I did with Greg at Integrity was completely painless. They actually did all the work while I was on vacation and I came home to a new home and they even cleaned my house!
My second remodel was due to a tenant damaging my rental. Greg worked with the insurance company and came in with a bid that was exactly what I paid in the end. We ended up doing a complete kitchen, all flooring, the bathroom, etc...
I could not ask for a better contractor to work with. Communication, budget, time frame, and finished work

We recently had Greg and team build a new trex deck at our home. Greg was super easy to work with and made our project so simple. From the original bid to project completion he communicated and made sure we were comfortable all along the way. He has great attention to detail which makes his craftsmanship top notch. Highly recommend their services for trex and we’ll seek them out for any other home projects.

The name says it all, "INTEGRITY" If it's not right they make it right. Awesome quality, service and follow through. They coordinated everything from delivery of materials, assisting with sourcing vendors and tradesman to make sure the job was done on time and to their/my expectations. Could not be happier and I am a customer for life. Many thanks to Greg's TEAM. They treated this job as if it was their own home.
