GREAT. I have used many different moving companies in my life time, probably more than the typical person. So I know what I'm talking about when dealing with movers. Many try and take advantage of you whether through pricing or time. But I didn't feel that at all with Pure Moving Company. They are straight forward, no BS.
The best part about everything is that they beat the time that was estimated to me. The packing day did take the full day, but the move was done 3 hours faster than anticipated! Couldn't have asked for a better service! I certainly recommend them to anyone looking for movers that actually care for what they do!

I moved from an apartment to a house in Miami just a few blocks away. I selected Pure Moving Company after reading multiple reviews and after contacting John, who gave me a quote for the people and the truck. It was great to see from the quote that they take packing and wrapping seriously, which I was able to experience once they were in the apartment. Definitely pros! Unfortunately, the truck didn’t fit the loading dock so the guys had to walk a little further. Unpacking went smooth and quick, even with the heavier stuff. Great work by professional people!

Anton and the crew were superb. We booked a pack and move for a 2BR apartment. They were communicative about arrival time and the process throughout. They packed and wrapped all items carefully, and used a good deal of creativity to fit everything into a storage unit that was probably one size too small for our belongings. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Pure Movers moving out of our rental and into our newly purchased home. Bobby and his team were great -- respectful, efficient, and careful. We did have one large Ikea shelf that was broken as it was taken down the stairs, but it was from the pressure of having been rotated 90 degrees, something the team probably wouldn't have known not to do unless I had told them in advance. Otherwise, everything arrived in perfect condition.

The complete opposite of every other moving experience I’ve ever had. Reliable, kind, everything looks great and in perfect condition, price was reasonable. They communicated well leading up to the move. Moving is usually stressful but with these guys it was not. We were moving from LA up north to Oakland and went with full service packing and it was so seamless, I recommend you spend the money to do this. It’s worth it. They even moved my plants, I couldn't find anyone else to agree to that. I worked with Alex's team but I'm sure they're all great. Thank you SO MUCH for everything, Pure Moving

We moved from the Bay area to L.A. this week. Sergei was there to manage the "pack and load" in the bay area and he coordinated the team at the final destination in Los Angeles. I feel that the move foreman concept is incredibly reassuring. It is very helpful to deal with the same person at both ends of the trip. Our home in the bay area is on a hillside and he and his team muscled all of our earthly possessions down that hill. The Los Angeles move in went smoothly with smiles and kindness from the whole team. They worked hard, did not complain and continued to ask us where we wanted the items

I would recommend these folks, showed up in window provided, worked efficiently but not so fast that they damaged things or made mistakes, fair pricing with no surprises (I calculated what I thought the price should be, and it's exactly what they had when they finished calculating). Good communication, had a little hiccup on the ride between locations, but provided good help when I called the line. Overall, very impressed with the two movers, wish I remembered their names, but nonetheless kudos to them for help with a stressful move.

I recently used Pure Movers moving within Seattle. From a studio to a one bedroom. I thought they did a good job. This was my first time using movers so I honestly didn't know what to expect. The movers were a little bit older than I was anticipating but I don't think they were necessarily slow. They definitely were stronger than I ancipated!
I did expect to receive a call prior to them arriving, but they did not call and just showed up. But that is a minor detail.

Recently used PureMovers to move from a 1 bedroom apartment to our first home. Overall had a very positive experience. Initial response and communication throughout was excellent. Customer service was also excellent and they are extremely responsive to feedback and resolving issues.

These guys were perfect. Professional, fast, just amazing. I could not recommend them more. Moving is a nightmare and they are so calm and super careful. Wrapped every piece of furniture and the total was way less than quoted.

Due to my landlord making an error, I wasn't able to have my move this month be managed by Pure Movers. They weren't available for the last minute change. However, these guys, especially Jack, were professional, kind and transparent from day one.
I asked for a quote via Yelp, and I got an answer quickly. They offered a discount for a weekday move, and their rate was flat per hour. No extra charges for fuel, stairs, etc. Received an email confirmation soon after booking.

This is a Grade A company. If you're looking for movers stop your search because you've found them. Pure Movers has the best rates available and they don't charge you for a lot of the extras that most movers do (stairs, long walks, wrapping tape, wardrobe boxes, etc). They also don't start the meter until they're actually at the pick-up location, and it stops when they're done moving your stuff. Most movers will charge you for travel from and to their office. From setting up my moving date to the day of moving, Pure Movers was extremely professional and reliable! I made an appointment online, received an email very quickly after setting up the time my movers would arrive as well as specifying details such as where they can park their truck upon arrival.
