From the minute we walked into kIA Delray, we were treated with kindness and respect. With the purpose of closing out our lease, they listened to our wants and did not try to talk us into trading in on a new vehicle, as our original dealer did. They also did not add on any extra fees as did our original dealer. I will definitely use KIA Delray for all future dealings!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Kia Delray. We were in the market for a telluride and after a couple failed attempts at other dealerships, we were able to buy one from Kia Delray. They had the most reasonable prices compared to other Kia dealerships, and the customer service was really great. Our sales rep Cesar was very helpful and knowledgeable on the car. And our finance rep Andy was amazing! He was able to lower our rate even more than the initial (best) rate they gave us. Really appreciated all the staff at Kia Delray.

Stay Away Stay Away! I was looking for a Forte LXS and no available in Broward and WPB. Spoke to Delray KIA (Jeff) and provided him the parameters I had in place with 2 KIA dealers in Broward. Told him we did not want to waste our time coming up unless those parameters are acceptable. Spoke on 10/29/21 to Jeff and told they had 3 new Forte's just arrive. I again emailed and texted the parameters including text to the Internet Manager. Never told the parameters were not achievable. So, my son took the trek up to Delray and was met by Tyler. Tyler provided a value of the trade well under $2000

I've got a car 4 months ago the 1st time I called for an oil change they told me a week and a 1/2 for an appointment today my battery's dead I called she wouldn't even connect me to service without asking a million questions I will never spend another nickel in this dealership and I suggest if you need something don't trust them once they saw you the car they could care less if you're indeed buyer beware this dealership sucks

This dealership and Kia itself are a complete joke. From day one I was ripped off on my deal. I have 6 months left on my lease. I want to turn it in to another dealership. One person says I can and one person says I can't. One said you have to turn it in here cause we want you to get another Kia. No chance. I asked to speak to a manager and they are always too busy. All I want to do is trade in my car at a non Kia dealership. That should not be so hard to do. Be warned and never ever do business here or with any other Kia dealership.

I had a great experience when I leased my 2021 sportage with Ivan. Great service with Jennifer in Service. When I returned recently with a friend to buy, Ivan was out and the experience was not the same! This location is all around incredible! I live up near the West Palm Beach Kia Dealership and I drive all the way down to this location because they are just superior on every level. The customer service calling and in person is great, the service department is helpful and time efficient and the sales people are wonderful. I will never take my Kia anywhere else!

My wife's 2 year old Forte stopped running and she had it towed to the service department. They told her that she would have to wait because she did not have an appointment. This was a week ago. As of now, they still will not tell us when they will even look at the car. So much for KIA standing behind its brand. Never buy a Kia and certainly not from this dealership.

Called them about stinger. Sales consultant and Sales Manager was very nice gave me quote over phone. When i went to pick up car the finance department would not stand by the deal. Wanted an addtional $500.00 Also they told me that salesmanger had to Ok if i didn;t buy andy additional products. Nice people on floor but finance department not truthful. WIll never go back there. NOt even for my free oil change. If it truly is going to be free.
