Bought a AMG GT slightly under 100k. 26 days after my purchase and 800 miles in the brakes started squeaking badly. Reached out immediately to my sales guy, who I played phone tag with. After two months I got shipped to a guy named Mike in there mechanic devision, again no answer for about a month of me calling repeatedly. Finally I was handed off to the owner Scott. We spoke on a Saturday after about 3 months of me having a break issue. He told me he would look into it and reach out Monday, after he suggested I might be beating the car up and the brakes were worn by me after less than a month

I recently bought an aventador - 15 roadster- from excell. the title took a little longer than normal but during covid times that may be possible. the issue i have is that the car got here and 2 days after i got it, the battery was completely dead. i called them and they said they would pay for a lambo battery as the aftermarket battery could be causing the issue. well i got that battery and that died too in 3 days. i have had the car for a month and a half and needless to say that the problem has not been diagnosed. now they want to was their hands. i am still hoping that they come thru and fix

Outstanding experience with Jonathan and the team at Excell - from start to finish. Bought 2019 Porsche Macan S sight unseen. When we arrived there was minor surface damage to the front and rear bumpers. Jonathan said he'd take care of it and he sure did. We live in Miami - he sent a flatbed to pick up, they repaired and sent it back via flatbed. As far as we are concerned, Excell has written the book on customer service. Our next car purchase will be with Jonathan and we'd recommend him to anyone interested in buying a luxury vehicle!

Just purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera 4s. Oleg was great throughout the whole experience. He really knows his cars and the market. I flew in from NC to pick up the car and he had a Sprinter pick me up bring me to the dealership where I left in 10 min. Immediately I drove to the keys came back up a week later dropped off the car had a few minor things to check out. Then he shipped the car to NC for me. I won’t be purchasing another car any other way but though Oleg and Excell.

My initial feeling about Excel was class personified. I was at aww at the customer service and look of the dealership. The salesman seemed very knowledgeable. The car history was given and I was told they only deal in well kept cars. The car was a little older but looked, drove, and felt as though it was newer. Upon purchase, I drove it for a couple days before taking it to the BMW dealership because I notice white smoke as I waited for food in the drive through. The dealer came back with a $3 ,500 bill for something I cant recall right now. I drove it for another week before seeing the smoke again

Unless you were told that there was an upscale auto dealer on Clint Moore Road in Boca Raton you probably wouldn't know it was there. It's not until you walk into the warehouse that it hits you. You're in a room filled with absolutely beautiful exotic cars. Every car is pristine.

I was invited to a morning event at Excell Auto Group. The food was provided by Pinon Grill--breakfast food--shrimp (delicious), home fries (undercooked) grits,eggs, cheese sauce, and bacon. The food was very good. They also had regular coffee and wonderful cappuccino made to order. Excell had terrific donuts from Rhino Donuts.
Excell Auto Group was exhibiting several of their beautiful automobiles in and out of doors. I had a great time looking at all the great cars with my wife, Diane. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and show.
