In this dealership I had one of the best experiences I have had in a lot of time… Actually I got here just after an awful service at a Ford dealership and they fully erased that from my memory. I had an appointment to look at a Targa 4 GTS listed at $153K... Boris called in the AM to inform me that the car was off premise getting detailed and wanted me to reschedule from Saturday to Monday. Then, on Sunday, I get a text saying they raised the price to $179K!!! What a bunch of scammers - the old bait and switch. Furthermore, the new asking price of $179 is way above market value ($20K over the new sticker for a 4 year old Porsche) - since these cars sell closer to the original listing price - closer to $150K... Furthermore, there are several similar cars listed as Certified Pre-Owned

I have been in the high end automotive business for a long time now and I would never recommend HGreg Lux EVER. When I went to visit HGreg Lux I had high expectations since they deal with high end cars. But when I visited I was introduce to a gentleman name Boris. He didn't really know much about cars nonetheless did he even know how to pronounce the cars names correctly. When I asked him questions about details regarding the cars he would give me wrong information and always would tell me he would need to speak with someone "to confirm" he's right. That is not someone I would want to buy a $100

Maryam has the plug on all exclusive cars…good luck finding the maybach two toned in the United States. Because of her our crew drives in the ultimate lux. Oh, and we were short about a hundred grand, and her approval process was smooth and intuitive to say the least. Approved and drive away same day. My professional sales rep was Shannon! We had a lot in common clicked from the start! I inquired about a car 2 months b4 I bought 1. I asked if they would be able to hold car for 2 months going out on a limb they said they couldn’t.. I was fine with that. I told Shannon to keep me posted on a lambo I told her what I was looking for! She stayed in contact for those months and she told me later on what they had in inventory and what was coming in. I bought two vehicles here Porsche 911 and a AMG GTc. I was lied to and defrauded by the finance department. I was told the sale was being processed under my business. I got it confirmation from their finance manager that it was correct but they submitted them incorrectly. I've reached out to the sales person who has said that management was going to call me to resolve it. I'm still waiting..... DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will say whatever to get the deal done, typical car dealer.

I was initially reluctant to go to a non factory dealer. However the Rolls Royce dealers we visited did not have what we were looking for. We came across Hgreglux and called to make an appointment. Honestly we were apprehensive but... luckily we put our fears aside. Dealt with Leo and several hours later were owners of a Rolls. We have bought many cars in various price points and like most people never looked forward to going to the dealer or left wondering if we got a good deal. Our experience with Leo was great. Beware! HGreg Lux sells cars imported from Canada. Importing from Canada voids the warranty. I bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler in 2019 from HGreg Lux. My salesman,Steven Lewis,swore up and down the Jeep was protected under full warranty. When I brought the Jeep to a Jeep dealer for a repair in December 2020, I was told the warranty was void due to being imported from Canada. HHreg Lux and Steven have done nothing to rectify this for me. This is a shady business and Steven is not a man of his word. Beware!!!

Let me start by saying that I have been to many dealerships over the course of my life, but this dealership was the cleanest and most professional experience ‘hands-down’! From the moment you enter the show room. You are greeted in such a nice way, very inviting and with no pressure whatsoever! Walk around and look at their cars and no one comes breathing down your neck. And the selection is truly unbelievable, and if they don’t have it. I’m sure that they’ll find it from one of there other showrooms from around the country!!

We bought an Escalade off of this seller on eBay. Florida is a sunny place for shady people saying is spot on. I was guaranteed a factory warranty that remained on the car when I fact that's not what I got. A got a basic coverage warranty since the car isn't in Montreal where they got the car from at auction. Not on this but the title transfer was a total nightmare. In short, false advertising and they basically told me tough luck you bought the car. Total shady practice.

FRAUD ALERT - NO 3 DAY Guarantee!!! Blatant false advertising, submitted for investigation to the Florida Attorney General. READ THE CONTRACT you are buying a car WITHOUT a 3-day guarantee and anything they tell you or on their website is false advertising and almost comical because its such a blatant lie but what else do you expect from a used car dealer who knows nothing about their vehicles and blasts samba music. They spent 3 hours with 2 'managers' trying to convince me to drop $24,000 by signing their agreement that in bold letters makes a final AS IS sale with no guarantee.

What a unprofessional and non responsive "dealer" of cars. Wow. I won't waste my time writing numerous words, but to try to buy a car here is an exercise in pain and futility. And then once they do respond to a detailed offer (4 days later) you get this "remember our Sellers fee of $899.00' BS. Never mentioned, never stated. And all they force you to do is put a deposit on a credit card. Small potatoes scheisters.

I have to say, considering I purchased it sight unseen, shipping from FL to CA, the communication was top-notch. They kept me updated along every step of the way, and were always very accommodating to my specific requests.
