I bring my Porsche to the service dept for the very first time for a simple oil change, with an APPOINTMENT for 10AM. When I get there I am told that I have to leave it for a few hours, 3PM comes and no callbacks or updates. I then call my service rep and ask for an update and am told it will now be the next day and must leave my car overnight. Seriously? I asked if I can bring back the next morning and he tells me "you will lose your spot". No apologies, just a smug look that they are doing me favor by squeezing me in their precious time. They made buying my first Porsche car painless & exciting! My car broke down and has been at champion porsche for TWO MONTHS!! They never call me back regarding what is happening with my car. They won't give me a loaner so I have been paying out of pocket for a rental. My ex husband got so frustrated for me that he called - and they called HIM back!? The ladies out there know what I am talking about. They told him the parts were on backorder. I have no idea what to do - if I should tow my car to another service shop! Not a good experience at all!!

Went in due to concern for car alignment issues on my 992 911 c4s. Device advisor Doug was very professional and knowledgeable. Drove my car with me, heard my concerns. Did an excellent job!
(Mind you the car recently had an alignment done after two new rear tires and was swaying side to side during high speeds)

Just bought our Macan from Champion Porsche and it was hands down best car buying experience we've had yet. I was passing through town on my way home from Miami and I stopped at Champion Porsche to see their used Porsche Macans. I knew their inventory, so I was well researched, and they had just received a used 2017 GTS. My service advisor was exceptional to my needs. I was given a loaner car 🚗 while my Macon was been serviced. He called me regularly to update me. My car was washed and detailed upon completion. All of my concerns was addressed and I received excellent service. In a nut shell, My car is driving smooth and am loving it. Thank you David.

I'm a physician, father, and long time Yelp-er. Note that almost all of my many past reviews are 5*- I really love to applaud and support good businesses which exist all around us. But here is my experience with Champion Porsche.
Champion listed a beautiful classic p-car on CarGurus recently at a pretty reasonable price. Despite me living on the opposite coast, I was interested and started communicating via the CarGurus portal. For the right 993 in the right color, I'd happily spring for the shipping.

Highly recommend Champion Porsche and James Giniewicz. I had been looking for a 911 Targa for 6 mos during the extreme shortage due to COVID. I had walked away from options at other dealers, like Naples Porsche ( where I live) that were asking over MSRP for a 4 year old car. James new what I as looking for and gave me a fair deal on a 2019 911 Targa. I was driving to Pompano from Naples and paperwork was prepared and completed quickly. After the car was delivered, I noticed a small issue. James had it fixed immediately even though I bought a used car. I highly recommend Champion and James

I collected my new Porsche Cayenne from James Giniewicz at Champion Porsche two days ago. I am from out of state and Champion Porsche and James were recommended by a friend. The purchase experience was so easy and stress-free! James is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. His efficient yet relaxed manner made the process so simple, no question too trivial. He is very invested in his clients and is always easy to contact, especially important when you don't live locally. There was no hard sell for add-ons when I got to the finance office. All in all a great experience.

I have been to a lot of dealers in my life. I had a horrible experience the first time at Champion Porsche but this time we hit the jackpot with Bruno Giordano. This guy made the buying experience so smooth and easy. If anyone ever wants a Porsche I guarantee you will have the best experience you have ever had at a car dealership. I hate the process of buying a car but Bruno 100% changed my mind. This man has a customer for life. Call him. Guarantee you won't be upset!! My mom got a new ride! Can never get a loaner here and am made feel bad when I ask for one. On second Porsche in 6 years and I feel like I'm taken for granted. I'm born and raised in north Florida and the Ocala and Orlando Porsche offices made me feel like family. In South florida I'm treated like a nuisance. I guess I shouldn't be complaining because I'm lucky enough to be able to drive these amazing cars but I work hard to be able to be in that position and now I feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff and not sure if I'll buy a 3rd Porsche. Might as well switch to another dealership

Stopped by to see the Porsche Panamera since I'm wanting to upgrade for 2021. Definitely upgrading many things for 2021. The dealership was super clean. Everyone wore a mask. Everyone was friendly and not your typical harassing dealership salesperson. They actually allow you to walk around and see the cars in peace. Very helpful with answering all the questions I had.
