I do not usually leave reviews, however, because my positive experience at Vista BMW was better than expected, I am inclined to help others the same way as I was helped by those that preceeded me. The Sales Associate (Client Advisor) Sam Assisi, went beyond the expectancy of behavior I had or expected. He was patient. He was instrumental in making sure my Mini purchase (first-time Mini buyer) was smooth and completely satisfactory. Unfortunately this is not a reputable dealership despite their large impressive dealership. I took my Mini Cooper in for an oil change and after finishing the service, the service rep informed me they 'recommended' I change all the rubber hoses in the car for a fee of just under $3000!!! I told them the car was only 4 years old and this didn't seem right but he said it was a 'recommendation' of the service dept techs- this of course was not needed but a ploy to see if I'd go ahead and book the service and get a bill of nearly $3000. To this day the original hoses are

Worst customer service experience. All I needed was information on a warranty plan that was added to the sale of my mini cooper approximately 2years ago. I needed to follow up on a cancelation of the policy. Geri Alpert from the finance department never returned my phone calls or my emails with the company information. All I needed was the details to a policy they slipped into my purchase price. I also needed to buy a new vehicle. I have owned multiple mini coopers. Due to the lack of response from this location I refuse to ever buy another mini cooper ever especially from this Coconut creek location

Vista is above and beyond the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership is super clean and the staff is friendly, kind and so easy to work with. They are also VERY honest. I worked with Carson and he sold me on buying a Mini. He took care of me from A to Z and even gave me his personal cell and told me to call him anytime (and you can tell he REALLY means it). Needed some service work on my wife’s Mini Convertible and this place does not fail to impress! From setting the appointment, dealing with my service writer Howie, even grabbing a bite at the cafe. It was a great experience. Even received text updates and a video from the Tech! It’s not like it was a slow a day, they were slammed! Great job Vista!

Although I was excited to get a new car, I was dreading the car shopping experience. I was looking to replace my 2012 mini and thought I wanted something else this time around. I test drove 4 other cars and tried to sit down to talk numbers with the sales people at each dealership, only to have them try their pushy sales tactics on me. Regardless of what I thought about the car, they each made me not want to buy from them and I couldn't say "I'll think about it" and leave fast enough! Uhh, I went there as a repeat customer. Asked about getting out of Balloon contract. Have had 4 lease cars and one current purchase. Gave them all info and had not heard Ryan Fisher for 3 weeks. Another MINI dealership responded in 1.5 hours. Bought the car from them. Sucks that Vista cannot deal with repeat customers. And got a better deal from them than as an employee deal... really!!!!

Just bought NYC fourth Mini from Vista and again, Sales Manager Ryan and Alexis proved Vista is an anomaly when it comes to car dealers. They were patient and Ryan was willing and able to get what I wanted in both model and price. Such a pleasure buying a car at Vista.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! So I was needing to get a couple relays for my 2012 Mini Countryman S. I called Vista and got a price of $50.97 each. So I did a quick Google search and found the Mini of Kennesaw in Georgia had them for. Get this. $18 bucks a piece. With shipping I am getting both for $48. Vista Mini is a huge RIPOFF!!!! I should have known better too. I had a horrible experience with them when I ordered my 1st Mini. That was years ago and I thought I'd give them another chance. After 3 Mini's I seriously considered leaving the Mini world and entertained the new Cadillac XT4. But before sealing the deal with Cadillac I went one last time to my trusty Mini Sales Person Amanda at Vista Mini and she reminded me why I LOVE MINI and their service to begin with....I ended up with the Mini Countryman S. WOW, even on a test drive it beats the Cadillac on so many levels...so many things standard on the Countryman that are options on Cadillac. Not to mention when they tell you the base price of the Cadillac is $30000....that's the base of the base...I'll stay with

Stay away real advice.

What a shame to love a car so much and despise the dealership that I bought it from.I don't even know where to begin with the awful experience and lack of customer service I received from VISTA MINI. The worst part is that the General Manager, Michael Perrault and the General Sales Manager, Arthur Dicce don't care how poorly their dealership is being operated (which is likely why it's so poorly run). Several emails to them went unanswered. They simply do not care about your experience once you made your purchase.

I have dealt with three people: sales manager Ryan and two women. I cannot recommend any of them. They are ignorant about the cars they are selling, and pushy. Prices are kind of loosy-goosy. If you haven't got it in writing you haven't got it, and watch out for unexpected charges turning up on paperwork. The dealer charge - what's preprinted on the sales contract and can't be changed, not directly - is a lot higher than at the dealership I went to, after I walked out on them.
I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. I had a much better experience at Lauderdale Mini.

Compared to the bigger roommates they have Mini vista is definitely a better place to visit and experience.
Now they only have a small place in the bigger complex of what is known as BMW vista but the service is definitely a hundred times better compared to the horrible experience I have had every time I visit the BMW side.
One of the main reasons why I got an Audi S5 again was to avoid the service experience of BMW vista.
Ok. Got a little bit off track. This is about Mini Vista. They have excellent service and the employees and sales people are always available to help.
