We got off to a slow start, but when the roofing of our deck got started, everything went very smoothly, and we are delighted with the result. It's a much more thorough and attractive addition than we anticipated. Not only is the construction solid, but the design is quite nice.

My experience with Kennedy Construction was horrible. I was getting a bathtub replacement and tile on the wall. The tub drain was not bolted or sealed resulting in a leak to my first floor! The tile job looks like a third grader did the job. The majority of time they did not have enough staff and a job that should have taken a week was over 2 months. I am now attempting to get another company to remove and replace the tile. More money!!! Would definitely not recommend!

We used Kennedy Construction for a remodel job. We were very pleased so we attempted to use them for our next step. The first estimator never got back to us with the estimate. Multiple excuses. Then when the work was scheduled, no one showed. We rescheduled, but 4 times no one showed. When I said forget it, we were told someone would be right over. Too late. We have multiple projects that someone else can do.

We had a deck built by Kennedy Construction May 2020. They were prompt with coming to give an estimate. Estimate was accurate. Construction was started within the planned timeframe. We were made abreast of all timing, decisions, delays (weather), etc. The subcontractor was very professional and did quality work. Our deck is built very well, and they did not cut corners. We had several special request items on the deck they were happy to complete. Highly recommend them.

Estimator was on time for appointment. However he took zero measurements and zero pictures. I have yet to receive the promised estimate. Very poor way to conduct business.

Can’t say anything about their work because we didn’t get any done. This review is based off the estimator they sent out. Didn’t seem to want to listen to anything we had to say and seemed kind of rude and in a hurry. Also kinda acted like we didn’t know anything about what kind of work needed done, which wasn’t at all the case. He also mentioned it would take 10 days for an estimate, which threw us off. Most estimates you get same day. I guess that’s the way they do it but it’s just not good business in my opinion. Once again, they could do wonderful work, I don’t know, unfortunately

Had extensive electrical work done in my garage/ basement. Everyone has been responsive and quick to contact us. Tim and Steve did a wonderful and professional job they exceeded all expectations!! There is not enough compliments for these two gentlemen. If I need anything in the future my first call will be to Kenndy. I liked them so much I referred them to my company for some work we need done.

Kennedy Construction does GREAT work! They were fast and efficient. The price was just right too. I would recommend the great folks at Kennedy for any of your commercial and/or industrial jobs.
