The first type includes home remodeling as a side business. They are painters, sheet rock professionals, flooring professionals or something else first. They tend to be fantastic painters, but home remodeling comes with a series of daily challenges that really takes the hands on experience that comes with being a dedicated home builder.

One of the questions that I asked Marc was, 'would he be the one watching over the daily construction progress and making sure things were done right or was there someone else doing that job?'. Marc said that was his job. During the course of our building project Marc proved to be a true man of his word every day.
