We bought our first home through Rivendale at the height of the Austin housing boom. With the chaos of bidding wars and uncertainty, Rivendale gave us the opportunity to buy in the city we already lived in and loved. The home is excellent - energy efficient, bright, thoughtful in storage, and so beautiful. The builders (shoutout to Gamma!) were responsive and a true pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new home! And it appraised at asking, so kudos to them for pricing appropriately instead of the trend of "price low to create a bidding war".

I had a terrible experience with this builder's agent on Wheless Lane. The contractors that a business decides to work with are a reflection of the quality of that organization, not only in terms of construction but also in terms of sales. If you're contemplating buying from this organization, I would caution you to scrutinize what their agents tell you about their properties.

I moved into a brand new house they built in 2015. As I have lived here I have noticed different shortcuts they took to build the house quickly. Very little attic space. About 3 feet of open space behind my bar that has zero purpose. I’ve also noticed different types of trash left on top of the cabinets including beer bottle caps, screws, paper and full of wood dust. They also didn’t finish sanding down the bottom of my stone mantle above my fire place. Lastly, a lot of unfinished caulking job throughout the house.
